who can buy Sorcerer's pass?

my husband and I are the owners on our DVC. Who are we allowed to buy annual passes for? Our dependant children are 17 and 20. Can i buy sorcerer's passes for both of them>

The question was whether you had to buy all at once.

It is implied that if they are are not for sale , then you can’t. And the sale stoppage was related to 2020 closure.
