MVMCP Photo - More than one?

I thought I read somewhere that you can get one photo (of the group/family) per paid ticket at MVMCP. How do we do this? Take multiple photos? All at the same location? Fill out multiple cards for one photo shoot? Can all photos be sent to the same address? Any help is greatly appreciated. We will have 5 paid tickets in our party and each person would love to have their own photo souvenir. Thanks!

You can get one photo per paid ticket. You just have to fill out a form for each person in the group.

Yep, that's what we did. We only took one photo of the 5 of us but had it sent to two addresses and they gave us 3 copies to one address and 2 copies to my niece's address. We filled out two forms.
