MVMCP Photo Mixup

Just got back from 8 days at WDW I was surprised to see that our MVMCP photos had already arrived ... except, we've got another family's photo There must have been a big mixup because I remember seeing these people in line waaay behind us *lol*... Has this happened to anyone else?

It's never happened to me but last year I read about a few cases like this. Hope you can get your own photo

we were there on the 14th and while we were waiting to get our picture taken, the photographer was trying to get in sync with which family he had just taken a picture of - seemed a little disorganized - so I can certainly understand the possibility of you getting the wrong photo. I hope you get "your" photo or Disney makes up for it in another way. GOOD LUCK!

This happened to me several years ago. I received a picture of a very nice looking young Asian couple and their 2-3 year old son - instead of me, my twin sister, and Mom (All Caucasan, ages from mid-30's to mid 70's)!

I called the photographer; described what we were wearing that night and within a week our photos had arrived - they even gave us extra copies for our trouble. Sure hope that family received theirs.

I feel your pain. We attended the first MNSSHP this year and were unpleasantly surprised to find pictures of a family we don't even remember seeing. I called WDW Executive Offices and they worked with the company to get our pictures to us and theirs to them (after describing them). The bad thing was they had 1M 1F written on the paperwork indicating one male and one female. How they didn't catch sending a picture with six people in it I'll never know! Call the Executive offices and explain, keep your paperwork that came in the envelope and we'll hope for the best for you!

Same thing happened to us last year. Called the company, told them about our party, number, clothes, etc. We got the photos about a week later. We recognized the people in the photo we got as the people right before us.

Well, I gave the number a call today and they said they'd have a look for the picture and if they find anything I'll have it within 15 days ... my fingers are crossed!
