MVMCP Parade FP?

Can you get a FP for the parade during MVMCP? And if you can ... do you recommend getting them? Thanks for any help, information, or tips.

FP is not available during hard ticket Parties. The 2nd Parade of the party evening is less crowded and spaces are usually available in the Town Square Train Station area.
