Ok, I have already bought tickets for MVMCP for 12/11 for DS's 5th Birthday. We have a PS at LTT for 5:15.

We are arriving at the Mouse House on 12/4 and not going to any parks that day. I was originally going to get PS for Chef Mickey's and just wander around that night. However, I am starting to think that maybe we should do a MVMCP our arrival night, that way the kids get to go to Magic Kingdom their first night there AND we then get to MVMCP's out of this trip.

My question is, is Crystal Palace open for dinner prior to MVMCP? I know that only LTT is accepting PS this early, but will Crystal Palace be open for dinner (like 5 or 5:30) at the 60 day mark; or is LTT the only restaurant open during MVMCP?

I am thinking that it would be nice to already be in the park when MVMCP starts, but would really rather eat at Chef Mickey's our first night. What do you all think???

Hi

I dont know what time your flight gets in or how early you have to get up in the morning, but your kids may be (and grown-ups too) a little tired to be out til 12:00.

I would try to have dinner @ Chef Mickey's like you planned or even head out to DTD to check out the beautiful decorations and the shops there. Last year they had a wonderful choir, lots of shopping and everything is decked out. Then you can head back to your resort and get a good night's rest for your first day @ the Parks. Or you can even check out some of the resorts that are decked out for the holidays. The WL is beautiful as well as the Grand Floridian.

I dont know how late CP is open for dinner. I too have a PS for LTT. I was going to cancel it and wait for my 60 day window to do CP, but when I heard Donald and Daisy were going to be @ LTT, I decided to keep my PS there.

I'm kind of figuring that the kids will not make it till midnight. I'm hoping that we can take them back and get them to bed and then DH and I can go back to Magic Kingdom. (The in-laws will babysit). We are going to Sea World on Friday (I think) and that way they won't have to wait until Saturday to get to the MK.
