MVMCP - December 18 or 20??

We are arriving on the 18th - early to mid-afternoon. I can't decide whether to buy tickets for 12-18 or 12-20. The 18th seems too soon after driving for 2 days, but the 20th is the last day. Do you think the crowds will be the same on both dates? We've never gone before.

My guess would be that they will both be sold out so it probably won't matter.

Crowds should be about the same, around 20K people if that's what they are selling again this year.

Go on the 20th....that is when we are for the same reason as you are pondering...we arrive on 12/18...not sure when as I've been procrastinating with the airfare...really hoping to find a bargain.

This was our dilemma too but we decided on the 18th. Why? We talked to a couple CMs that had retired to FL and got jobs at the World while all of us were watching(waiting for it to start actually) Lights, Motors, Action at MGM last Friday. She(the CM) said that Tuesdays are always busy and recommended Sunday. She and her husband work Fantasmic, parades, and special events.
