"Must Do's" on Castaway Cay!

My list is very simple. I make sure I get a ride on both slides of Pelican Plunge, lunch at Serenity Bay for grilled Rib Eyes, then 2-1 drinks at the Konked Out Bar, then maybe pick up a new CC shirt. That's it.

We love:

-Napping in a hammock on Serenity Bay
-Eating lots of BBQ at Serenity Bay
-Drinking Konk Coolers on a floatie in Serenity Bay
-Couples' massage in a cabana at Serenity Bay
-OK, pretty much everything at Serenity Bay

We went on our first Disney cruise last June and took the kiddos. We spent the day at the family beach and had a great time. Well, this October DH and I are taking our second Disney cruise WITHOUT the kiddos and cannot wait to spend the day at Serenity Bay!!! Your list got me even more excited about our day at Castaway Cay. Thanks!!!

There's rib-eye steak at the adult beach?? Does it cost anything? We didn't go to the adult beach last time. We went to the family beach and cookies.

And I agree with those who say don't overschedule Castaway Cay. That place is pure paradise. Take some time to just enjoy and relax. No matter what you do (or don't do!) . . . it will be one of the highlights of your trip!

Well, thanks! I completely agree with the poster above that the place is pure paradise. Going on a Double-Dip last summer was basically the best decision ever, I must say. Oh, how I miss that magical little island....

And to PPs, the ribeyes are definitely included at the Serenity Bay barbecue! There's a station cooking them up to your liking. I personally tend to stick with the ribs (OM NOM NOM NOM NOM) but our cruising pals from last summer were definitely all over the ribeyes

i'm so excited lol this will be my 2nd time visting castaway cay. last time all we really did was lay on the beach and float around on tubes and relax. And so i thought we'd do atleast one excursion lol so we winded up going with the glass bottom boat excursion. It's only an hour so after that its back to relaxing and enjoying the island =D
