Music at the Attic

Hello again ladies!

I was wondering if anyone could help me out, what can i do to provide some mood music to our reception meal at the attic. Can i have an ipod set up? How much would that cost if i can use it there? If it is possible did any of you do that and how did it work out for you?

Carrie had an ipod set up and according to her budget it cost $290.95

...and that includes tax and service charge!

It worked out really well, but it took some doing on my part. I made 5 playlists for each of the five parts of the reception (pre-reception, first dance, brunch, parent dances, rest of the reception) and timed them out, then picked every song.

We had DH's cousin run it, which was basically pressing play, pausing it for speeches, and advancing to each of the playlists at the appropriate time.

Thats not too bad for the ipod set up i figured it would've been more. I'll have to get my sister to be the "dj" for all possible speechs and changing the playlists. It's good to hear that it all worked out for you though! YAY!!!
