Muray Hill Transportation anyone?

Has anyone used this service from the Orlando airport to the port? I've never heard of them but their price is reasonable. If you've used them what did you think of their service?
 
Hi, I answered a very similar post recently. We used them for the first time on our September cruise. This was our 3rd cruise, but our first time with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! We were on a slightly shortened hurricane cruise, and had them picking us up at the port on Saturday, but since we docked Friday, and disney transported us to the Swan, I called them first thing Saturday am, and they gave us the cell phone number of our driver, and we stayed in contact that way. THis was because our different flights were being cancelled, and basically just a nightmare. They cam through for us in a BIG way.

Thank you! The price just seems too good to be true so I was worried that it was. We are a group of 11 people and they said they could accommodate us. What time did you get to the port?
 
Hi, we were also a group of 11 people, the van was great, not amazingly modern, but we did not care at all. My cousin had her 2 year old, and we requested a car seat for her, and a booster for my dd5, and they had both already installed, and we also requested a grocery stop, as we were there 2 days prior.

We arrived at the port for 10:30 am. I am one of those firm believers that you paid for that first day, so get as much use out of it as you can..

We did not have great luck trying Murray Hill for the first time on our recent trip. We'd reserved a van for our party of 2 kids and 5 adults.

I had called in a week before our trip(because their e-mail/web system down for "vacation" that week) to notify them of a change in our arrival flight ...two hours earlier than reserved, and also cancelled the stroller rental we'd reserved because DIL decided to brign her own. Apparently my changes were not properly noted because no one was there to meet us at the airport. They sent someone but it was over a half hour wait. "John" was apologetic and offered to comp the $20 stroller rental we'd reserved, but when I explained that I had cancelled it there was no further offer of compensation for the mix-up. No biggie...but I made it a point to call the day before departure to confirm our return leg. The day of departure the driver was 10 minutes late. Again, no HUGE problem, but when you're waiting in front of the hotel with 7 poeple and luggage and had a mix-up on the arrival leg...it was a little stressful...I'd have thought they'd be prompt if not early in a situation liek that ....and the driver flat out said "It wasn't my fault" :rolleyes:
No HUGE problems or issues...we liked the price for a van, but but I don't think I'll use them again, since there are so many other options to try.......
