Muppets"Animal" Mickeyhead & Name fill request

My youngest babygirl is now a Muppets freak and love Animal like he just debut this year and she's 13. Can someone please do a Mickeyhead with Animal on it Amaya in one ear/Disney Dream 2013 n the other? also if you can a name fill for her using Animal??? Thank you in advance
