Mummy tshirts???

Hi all

Just came back from our first trip to Universal/IOA- we loved it!!

My problem.....My DS7 bought a Mummy tshirt with his own money and then proceeded to spill hot chocolate on it He is so heart broken!! I tried and tried to get it out but no luck. So, does anyone know how I might be able to buy him a new one? It was the one with the scarabs crawling all over it.....

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I emailed him. I do have a phone number for merchandising but you would need the tag number from the shirt. Hopefully t-10X can get the sales tag info for you and then you can order another one from merchandising. I know they will ship items as I had them ship a gift to a friend. My son works at the Mummy (the ride) but he doesn't know anything about merchandising.

Thank you so much! I really do appreciate it. It is a size Medium- kids 10/12. It is tan with Revenge of the Mummy on the front with loads of icky scarabs on the front and back

I dont know anything about ordering merchandise, but I know Universal and Ioa are very helpful. My daughter bought a cat at one of the gift shops there. As we were leaving the park, she noticed that her cat was missing a stone from its tiarra. She was pouting. A park employee asked her what was wrong. She told them. I told them not to worry. An employee ran back to the gift shop (it was by dueling rollercoasters) the shop was closed. They opened the shop and got her a cat with the stone. I couldnt believe it. That was the best customer service that I ever recieved. I do know something that will get stains out. It is called Carbona. It is in a small yellow bottle. Soak the item overnight. Buy the one for cola. It works the best. There is also a soap. It is in a white wrapper. Rub on stain . It works great too. Hope you get your new shirt
