Can you book multiple rooms with one AP? Is there a limit to how many ??

Interesting, I was able to book 2 rooms under my name on both. Then again, I specified connecting and one adult one child in each room. If you were booking for multiple families then I can see how they'd get sticky wanting AP holders on each room.

Thank you !
I guess I’ll book both rooms in my name and if they want a second AP I’ll upgrade at check in. The savings on the AP rate is worth the small up charge.

Can you book multiple rooms with 1 APH?

(I have 1 room booked, but thinking that it may be worth booking a second room. However, my oldest is 20, so not sure I could put him officially as the lead in that room. I guess he and DH could swap key cards.)

I booked five rooms back in March for an April 2026 stay, at AP rates, and was told I will need to provide the AP holder's name for each room when checking in. I am using a travel agent and that is what she was told.

And this is interesting: the average cost per night per room (club level) was $617 when I booked. Today, same room at AP rate for the same dates is $1,035. Sheesh....

You can call and book the "guaranteed connecting rooms" for a minor (under age 21 for Loews).

Thank you for the info. I’ll have to think about whether we really need to book a second room. And yes, even with AP the rates are crazy. Same weekend in 2022, I paid under $400 / night rate at HRH Club level. For just under $400 in 2025, I can get a room at Sapphire Falls, no CL and no EP. HRH CL is more than $1000. Crazy!

YMMV but I've never been asked to provide proof at check-in. I am a passholder and I've had my friend book the room, check in, and have my preferred name (not the legal name Universal has on file) as the other guest. I never had to stop by the front desk to verify 🤷🏻

Interesting, I’ve been asked for my pass, so maybe it depends how busy they are when checking in. 🤣

I have had to show my AP multiple times as well.
But the APs are so worth it just for the room discount so totally worth upgrading for one.
