Multipass for split on-property and off-property stay

We’re going to Disney for a week in December but I could only find a Disney hotel available for the first 5 nights of our stay. So I booked a vacation package through Disney for 5 nights at Caribbean Beach and included a 7 day park ticket as part of the package. If we are unable to find a Disney hotel for the last 2 nights of our trip we’ll need to stay off-site. How will this impact our ability to book multi-pass for the last 2 days of our trip? Since we have a 7 day ticket as part of a package with a Disney hotel, will we still be able to book multi-pass for all our park days once our booking window opens up 7 days before check-in? Or will it prevent me from booking multi-pass those last 2 days since it will see I don’t have a hotel booked those nights?

It will allow you to book from you check-in date through your check-out date but not for your last day unless you add a Disney resort reservation 7 days before your check-in date.
