MSN.Com comes up in Spanish

Every time I type in msn.com, it keeps comming up in the spanish language. Did I cause this and if so, how do I change it back?

My msn.com has a link in the top right corner for Espanol. When I click it, the site changes to Spanish but that same link now says "English".
