MS - We DVCers are spoiled, I think

I just happened to do a cash reservation at HH because of the fall special, and was really surprised at the reservation's person. It was the main Disney reservations department and they were really not very informed about HH. Maybe that is because it is off-site, but it just reminded me how great a job that our CM at MS are. I thought I would just post this in case any DVC CM are reading - I think you guys are truly awesome. I always feel a little bit of Disney magic just by talking to one of you. Thanks for how knowledgeable, helpful and kind you are!

I agree... I spoke with "Martha" at MS yesterday (changed my reservation to a 2BR at OKW) and she was a joy!
