Unbelievable, the cm's are so untrained. This morning, I wanted to switch to CS dining plan from Deluxe dining plan. Instead of cancelling a dining reservation, she cancels my Segway Tours!! Now, it will take a couple of months for that refund to show on my credit card, and they want to rebook the tours but need to recharge me again!! I am having a manager look into this as I am not tying up over $500 for thier mistake! I think I was not meant to take this tour......

) Anywayyyyyy......the manager gave me a new reservation number for the same times for the FW Segway tour, and ASSURED ME no extra charges would be applied to my CC. They are taking care of this from the Tours end, not from MS end. Even if a credit were to show up, they can reverse the credit...so I am told! You best believe I will be watching my CC statement like a hawk; I have the MS manager's name. (Let's hope he is still there should I have problems in the next few weeks!
