I am staying at SSR for 6 nights with my extended family in Nov. Two of us have to work on Fri so we check out on Thurs but they want to stay 3 more nites, probably at ASM. Any suggestions on how they would get from SSR to ASM? We will not have a rental car. Any advice would be appreciated.

When you check out, ask luggage to send your bags to All Star. Then, catch the first bus that comes along to a park. After arriving at the park, take a different bus to All Star. Or, you could catch a bus, boat or walk to Marketplace. At Marketplace, catch a bus to your new resort. We did this form OKW to ASMO last January.

I'd suggest having Disney move your luggage, because then you don't really loose a day. You can bring your luggage down, then go into the park for the morning to early afternoon (since check in isn't until 3). However, if you're not interested in going into a park that day, I'd just take a cab. It's probably going to be about 15-20 dollars, not including tip, but it's worth it for the direct convenience.

The fastest, easiest way to do it is to take a cab to ASM. I believe you can check in as early as 7 AM, so cab it over there in the morning, check in, drop your bags off, and then get on the bus to whatever theme park you're going to that day. I've done it, not missed a minute of theme park times, and I know my bags will be there when I head back home from the park.
