Moving from Pop to ASSp.

What is the best way to get us and our luggage from Pop to ASSp during our trip? We tried to get the duration of our stay at one resort, but everything is booked. Do we need to take a taxi or does Disney help in anyway with this?

Bell services at your hotel will move the luggage for you. Just pack everything up in the morning and call bell services and let them know you are transfering hotels. They will come and pick it up and then you can go to the park and just check in to your new hotel later in the day . We have done this twice and it has worked great both times.

We just did a split stay and we used bell services to transfer our luggage, then took disney bus transportation to get to the new resort. It is a smooth process but it is a time consuming process. Bell services transfers luggage around 3:00. You need to call and wait for your luggage at the new resort later in the day. Also the transportation can take some time. As I said though, it is a very smooth transaction and we will do it that way again.

However, if you are pressed for time, take a cab with your luggage.

Keep checking back, even after you get there, about modifying your reservations to become one longer reservation at the first resort. After you get there you should deal with a "manager" as opposed to a "check in clerk" since you will be closer than the 3 day advance notice for changing or cancelling reservations.

You need to call and wait for your luggage at the new resort later in the day. .
