Is there a "not to be missed!" movie, or are they all "take it or leave it"? When I was a kid, we went to Epcot shortly after it opened, and I had never seen a 360 screen before! I thought it was great! I'd like to see one of the movies again, but we have a 3 year old and I doubt he'd be happy doing more than one of them. So which one? None? :confused3

My husband and I just returned yesterday from our anniversary vacation. And for the first time, we saw Impressions de France. We did it to pass time before our Chef's ADR. But we surprisingly enjoyed it! It was a beautiful film and not too long. I am not sure how your 3 year old would act, but I would imagine my 3 year old (whom we left with Grandma) would have sat through probably 10 minutes of it. The CM told us it was 18 minutes long. It was nice and cool in the theatre as well!

We actually enjoy all the shows, but some of them we can go without if we don't have time. The one that we absolutely love though is the 360 movie in China. It makes me want to visit China so so bad! All the different landscapes are just beautiful!

We love the movies in both China and France. We hate the movie in Norway and feel indifferent about the movie in Canada.

If I had to choose a favorite...China. It's the one that I always remember the most.

This has been our problem the past few years. We have a 5 yr old and I know he would be bored with the movies, so we have been skipping them. They were pretty interesting when we saw them as "adults only" before our son was born though.

I love the movies in China,Canada which was recently updated and France which gives you the bonus of sitting down. The short movie in Norway after the boat ride I'll watch once in a blue moon.

My DD was 2 yrs 10 months when we wheeled her into China asleep in her stroller. She woke up shortly after the movie started and to our surprise she was completely enthralled by it. I'd say give it a try. You can always sneak out the door if the little one really doesn't want to stay (I know this because we had a potty emergency in China before it ended).

Not to be missed: The American Adventure

Good and worth seeing: China, Canada, France

Please, God, No! : Norway

I enjoy all of them, although I wish they would all be updated like Canada was.

Hmm.. I remember the china one... 360. Our son might like it, since it is unlike any others. I don't think I've seen the America one.... Those are both stand up movies?

Thanks for all the help!

The American Adventure is my family's favorite throughout the World Showcase. Everytime we see it I actually get teary eyed, it's really amazing to see how far this country's come and where it all stemmed from! :lovestruc

We love Norway and my 3 yr old DGD adores it. That said, I think China is the most impressive, but Canada is also fun to watch. I love France (and it's so lovely to be seated in the air conditioned theater with the gorgeous music) but a little one could get squirmy.

We took 4 year-old grandson to the China movie and the France movie. He fell blissfully asleep during the France movie.

He couldn't do this in the China movie, because you have to stand for it. None of the grandkids care about seeing the China movie again (or the Canada movie) because there are no seats.

American Adventure isn't a movie, but you get to sit for it. It's a great show for adults and another good opportunity for a toddler to grab a nap. :)
