What movie(s) do they show on the bus from MCO to the resorts? Just curious? Is it something that kids will like watching, or just a Disney infomercial? TIA!

The movie that you see going to the resort from the airport is about Mickey and his buddies going to the "happiest place on earth' for the big party. It has them all getting off the plane, boarding the DME bus and going to the parks and such. The return trip is just reversed..they are all going back to the airport after a fun trip to WDW. It is well-done and amusing. My dd, almost 12, enjoys watching it. It does make the trip go a bit quicker. More like an infomercial type thing though...not a 'real' movie.

WAIT! Doesn't Mickey live at "Disney?" I can see about 1,000 questions coming out of this one! LOL

It is a Disney infomercial. The kids will most likely be entertained. But the heart of it is to take more $ from your wallet. Even the return is "spend money" at the Disney shops at the airport, book a cruise, etc.

What a surprise!

Last week, we watched the Lilo & Stitch movie on the ME bus.

Some drivers are being creative (to please you, the guest), INSPITE of Disney's opportunistic ways.

Unfortunately, Disney will fuss, and that will end too.

Now we know the real reason DME picks us up 3 hours before our flight.

LOL, I've had the same thought. Frankly, it's almost embarrassing. I hate playing it. These people have been on vacation, spent big bucks, and now let's get one last Mickey Doll for the ride home.

GREED.

My driver didn't show the movie going back. Not sure if it was because it was a DCL bus.

The driver was VERY slow.

That was my thought exactly when the movie came on!!! In fact, dd leaned over and said.."Why would Mickey and the rest have to take a plane to the biggest celebration when they already live there??" And now that you mention it...they are looking for you to spend more money at the airport. The funny thing is...this last trip, in early Aug., was the only time I have been to the Disney store in the airport. My dd had been really looking to buy a Sleeping Beauty dress, but there was no way I was spending $85 on one in WDW. But we were looking for some more postcards, for scrapbooking, at the airport store and what do we find?? Yep, that stupid dress, for $63!!! Of course I bought it for dd. I won't be going back in that store again!!!

We saw "Monsters Inc" on our ride from the POLY/G.Floridian back to the airport last Sat.

ME was 2 minutes early and we got to the airport within 50 minutes. Driver was great and it was a fantastic experience. Would definitely do it again!!!
