I just got an email from Disney. HAs anyone else gotten this???

Free Dining for select Value Resorts $535 per adult for 4/19 - 5/21 and $563 per adult for 5/22 - 6/27.

I have not! Was there a code attached? I wonder if this is true if you can use it in conjuction with the By 4 get 3 free! By instinct says probably not but who knows???

I think it is for the quick service dinning plan though. We are going in Sept. with free dinning, regular plan. So don't need this one. When I clicked on the place to check it out, dinning was listed as quick service.

I got that! It's a PIN offer though, not a general public offer. I haven't called for all the details but I think its the regular dining plan. It said "Disney Dining Plan"

I also got a pin code for a $500 merch credit for only $395 to use for my upcoming (December) trip.

I don't think I'm going to be using either as we were planning on going in September (I want to go to MNSSHP, free dining, start of F&W, and I think the crowds are lower then).

This is a PIN code offer - these offers are not transferable. You must be the recipient of the code to book the offer.

I received a pin code for these date today but it offered a $500 gift card instead of free dining. I think free dining is a better deal.

One question just this week I made our ressies for the "But4 get 3" deal, does anyone know if I can combine these I did make our ressies with quick service dining. Just wondering if I could save a little more money because believe it or not it falls on our dates. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

Disney does not let you "stack" offers. You'd have to figure out which deal will save you more money and only apply one to your reservation.

It's totally luck of the draw! I've never gotten one before today and I was pretty shocked because they are coveted around here! I keep entering the contest on Disney Park Celebrations.com so maybe they've been getting my email alot in their system No wins on that site though.

I already did the 4/3 deal, so this is no big deal for me.

This is new offer for 2009 meant to increase bookings in the first six months of 2009 as bookings at Disney resorts are somewhat soft currently thru July of 2009.

Personally, while only you can assess your risk management strategy for which offer will be best for your family/situation -- I think that there may be slightly better offers coming down the pike for the fall of 2009.. but of course, all of that is dependent on the world economy as a whole.

Long story short.. this is a good deal, the fall 'Free Dining' offer is also a good deal.

On a separate note, any discussions of CODES, OFFERS etc are kept on the Resorts/Codes & Discounts board and I'll be moving this over there.

I never, ever get any email offers...but I just priced out what my current May 2009 package would be on the WDW website for rack rate room & 7 day hopper tickets (assuming I had free dining), it actually comes out at almost the same price I've already got booked with the 4/3 deal. So this Free Dining deal would not be near as good a deal as the September Free Dining (due to the much cheaper rack rates for the rooms in September!)

so, it could be a good deal if you're going in May anyway...maybe if you've got 2-3 kids in your family (where you'd only be paying for 2 adults in the room, but have to buy DDP for the kids...then you might save some more $ this way.)

Another case of do your math before you book or change booking.

it is for the regular dining plan and I am not sure how this happened but I WAS able to combine the two deals (the buy 4 get 3 free and the free dining pin code). However, the code was only good for regular dining, not the deluxe dining that we had signed up for. So now we are just doing regular dining.

I went from 10 days at POP with deluxe dining for $3500 to 10 days regular dining with the PH and waterpark option for $2,085. Can't beleive it!
