Where is the cheapest place to buy Disney tickets and how can I get a room at Disney the cheapest ? I'm on a very tight budget also how do you rent points to get rooms

What are your approximate travel dates? Depending on when you're going, certain Disney discounts may work well for you and if you buy tickets from a source other than Disney you then can't take advantage of those package deals.

We were looking for 5 day park hoppers for our trip this month and Undercover Tourist ended up being the best deal. We actually managed to get 7 day park hoppers for less than 5 day park hoppers during a flash sale they had. If you turn on notifications for Undercover Tourist's facebook page, you can get notifications when they have sales. We also paid with our Disney Visa to get the additional 1% back in rewards.

My dates are flexible anytime in 2018 I'd like to go when crowds are low and it's not raining as much and maybe even when it's hot enough to swim

They vary by season so "hot enough to swim" and cheapest room don't quite go together. You really need to narrow down approximate travel dates to figure out your best option. In Jan/Feb the stay play dine offer may be best (depending on your room situation and party size). In April booking thru undercover tourist or Expedia could be better. In Sept free dining may be best. It all varies so much.

If you aren't staying on property it's simpler...buy tix thru undercover tourist and boom the least expensive hotel you can find. Good luck! If you have more firm details we can probably help you more.
