I was wondering if anyone has ever gone through them to book their room and tickets. So far they have been good, but I just want to make sure they are a reliable source!

Never heard of them. Stick with the tried and true- Dreams Unlimited, Small World, Magical Journeys. Lots of good reports on them.

Have you checked your spam folder or maybe your message went into theirs
If they have a phone number listed or a contact info option on their website that is the route I will take.

More then once I have found a response I was waiting for in my junk mail folder

If you are asking how much the free dining plan will cost for your dates they will not be able to give you a price until the offer is available in Disney's reservation system but you should at least be getting an acknowledgement of your request
