Great chefs review..looking forward to trying it for the first time next month
Maybe you can surprise Andrew with it? "Wow, I had no idea that this room was decorated this way!"He wouldn't believe that for a second, would he?

I was actually very torn about leaving our DISmeet to ride Soarin' because I was having so much fun and I wanted to stay. I guess I'm glad that we did use the fastpass because that was our only chance to ride Soarin' but I wish we would have walked over to see if you all wanted to hang out longer!

Great review of Chefs! I just love little Remy coming by and getting to see those characters was a real plus for you![]()
I can't get my New York tongue around the Eilee words! Every time you write one I spend a few minutes trying to say it and I just can't! Lol!
No, ma'am ... not for a second. He knows I Dis! There are no surprises!
I think I've also had that same seat the last time we ate at Chefs. I loved seeing the characters go by too.
Got to try that flatbread next time we go to Chefs. There's nothing better than onion and bacon together.
My DD did the same thing with onion soup (not at Chefs though). She's very picky but I always ask her to try something. I love onion soup and she wouldn't go near it until she finally gave in and wouldn't give it back. Now its her favorite but she always asks for as little onions as possible, mostly broth. Soup is my favorite food and now she tries all of them when we go out and is loving them and eating my soups! I love when the kids learn to like a food but I'm not happy with this losing my soup thing!
I love your seat. I think you had the best seat in the house!
You definitely should have come back, I was ready to make a night of it![]()
Tracy, I had a very similar meal and seating locations with two minor differences.... no Remy (timing off) and they were out of profiteroles!!But reading your review of this dessert maybe that was just as well.
Like Joh said, we we could have chatted longer but I am so glad that we all were able to meet up! I do have to say that Soarin' is a pretty awesome ride so I completely understand!![]()
Glad that you loved your meal! It is one of the few restaurants that we have booked everytime we have been to WDW. (Lunch only since I prefer that menu.)
Alright... after thinking it over I have bumped 50's PT from my ADR's and booked Chef's de France!
I have 30 days till I leave! How many more changed will there be?!?![]()
I am now contemplating ordering that flatbread, Tracy. The Creme brûlée and the chocolate profiteroles have me torn. I love the sausage pics!
Love the stealthy sausage
I feel honoured that I got to meet the sausage. I notice that you didn't trust any of us to actually HOLD it though![]()
Ha-Ha on the Sausage!!
What part of WI are you from? I grew up in Sturgeon Bay... My parents now live in Winneconne (near Oshkosh) I went to at UW-Oshkosh for both my degrees! (Even though for the second one I had been living in CA for several years!)
I LOVE your DisMeet! What a blast huh? This past Oct all us Food & Wine Foodies met at the Slushie stand and had so much fun! About 20-25 of us I think, we basically took over the joint
That is the best place for a Dismeet dont ya think?
Agreed that this is the best place for a Dismeet!!It was so much fun. It was my first Dismeet ever and I'm so glad I was able to meet these ladies because I loved every one of them!
