Most Underrated Walt Disney World Experience

This time we 'discovered' the back trail from Fantasyland to tomorrow land (the one that comes out behind Space Mountain). I loved walking that path. It's so pretty. A little breath of fresh air and a break from people and crowds while still being in the park.

One Man's Dream in Hollywood Studios is one of the most awesome attractions! Definitely underrated.
I did this for the first time last trip and absolutely loved it! I would have spent even more time there, but my friend was getting impatient (she said she "didn't like museums"!). Hope it's still open on my next trip - I'm going to take as much time as I want to wander around.

Real bus roulette. Board a bus. Don't get off at the next stop. Most buses don't just go back and forth between two points. See where else it goes. Explore a little.

Riding the train all the way around the Magic Kingdom.
Ride the monorail from MK to Epcot.
Ride the Friendships from Epcot to DHS (and back... or not...)
Tea at the Grand Floridian.
Fire Circle (sometimes with storytellers) at AKL. Also watching the animals from the viewing sites at AKL.
Electrical Water Pageant
Watching Wishes from the terrace at California Grill. You have to be a customer, but we've gone up to have a drink at the bar and then take our adult beverages outside to watch the show.

Except for riding the MK train, these are all "Free" things to do at WDW; you don't need to have spent a day's park admission to do any of these!

The kids just go nuts over the People Mover...not sure why. They can't understand why I like the Gran Fiesta Tour so much....and neither can I. :)

I love the People Mover, especially at night. The views f the Castle are really magnificent. My little Pincesses favorite attraction was the Three Cabaleros in Mexico. Really????? You liked that the best??? Yup. Go figure! LOL!

Most underrated experience at WDW?? I'll say it's getting your picture taken with Jasmine!:smooth:

I like this little shortcut, too. But I wouldn't say that the air is fresh when all of the smokers are gathered there polluting the air.

On a hot, crowded afternoon DH and I like to take a break and play checkers by the Frontierland shooting arcade. He cheats.
On special occasions we do a Wishes fireworks cruise. There is nothing like watching Wishes from the middle of Bay Lake.

I must add that I love winding my way through all the different countries in the World Showcase. I feel like there are little surprises around the corner; new merchandise, Kidcot stations, and food. I especially love the tiled rooms and Bazaar in Morocco. The discovery and atmosphere is so much fun!

Hmm. Must have been a non-smoker day as we didn't go past any that day. Will keep that min mind for future trips :)

Flights of Wonder in Animal Kingdom (figure a lot of visitors don't consider doing this during a hurried day)
Turtle Talk with Crush in The Seas with Nemo and Friends in EPCOT (mention this mainly for folks that don't have kids and would probably skip it).

Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom. It's such a nice change of pace when at MK, especially the first time through as you're trying to locate the different portals. They're done up really well and just enough off the beaten path as to be nearly unnoticeable if you weren't playing the game. The story is interesting enough and the game really does a nice job of moving you around the park. It's fun to stop by the firehouse every day and be able to pick up new cards for the game. It's also an added bonus to have a souvenir of sorts to take home with you. Since you're doing it at your own pace, you can spend a good part of the day playing through the game, or just use it as a means to kill some time between fast passes and ADRs.

In general I would agree I like TIL however, there is one bartender there that is extremely rude and takes forever to wait on you. I always dread my visit if I see he is working.

I had a wonderful woman bartender, don't remember her name though.

I'm so glad you brought up the people move

I love People Mover..and for the life of me I can't figure out why I love it THAT much.

We are nuts for the People Mover too. Our whole family. I can't describe why. We would never skip it any day we are at MK.

I put my feet up. We have a snack. What is it about that ride??? It's not nostalgia. It's just the perfect combination of relaxing and kitsch and nice breeze.

People Mover - our family always seems to get off this with a smile. Kids and grandparents alike. I think it's nice to sit down, enjoy the swift but peaceful ride.

Muppets 3D - fun show for all, kids and adults. Also, a nice comfortable place to sit and rest while enjoying the show.

Tiki Room
Philharmagic
Gran Fiesta Tour
One Man's Dream
WDW Railroad
Impressions de France

Exploring resorts on a midday break is a nice, relaxing way to spend part of an afternoon between parks if you're not a nap or pool person.
