I go for the tiny swan pastries!I have tea at the GF every time I go and I go twice a year. It's a reminder of when I was a little girl, my mama and I would dress up every Sunday and have grown up tea in our living room. My brother's weren't allowed in, in some of our houses (we moved a lot) we had a formal living room so that would be where we had it, if we didn't have a formal living room but had a dining room we would have it there. Mama would bake cookies and make a pot of tea with real tea leaves, since I have 5 older brothers it was really special for us. I got to go to the GF tea with her once before she died and it will always be a special place for me.
I haven't been to HDDR in quite a few years...I need to go back. We had so much fun.Hoop Dee Doo Revue at Fort Wilderness - I feel like no one knows about it, and it's always been a blast!
I've never noticed there was a lounge at 50's Prime Time. I will check-it out on my next visit, it sounds like fun!I don't know if this is the most underrated but the Tune-In Lounge at 50's Prime Time Diner is great. Friendly bartenders, no reservation required and you can order the full menu. I think I got really lucky but last time I was there my GF and I got our order about 2 minutes after we placed it.
Now that I've thought about I think Impressions de France would be my vote. It's a great movie and the soundtrack is wonderful. I prefer that theater to the circle vision ones (And the other movies which I find kind of campy) I've always felt the French CM's who introduce the film truly are proud of it.
In general I would agree I like TIL however, there is one bartender there that is extremely rude and takes forever to wait on you. I always dread my visit if I see he is working.I've never noticed there was a lounge at 50's Prime Time. I will check-it out on my next visit, it sounds like fun!
Throwing out the touring plan and not having every park, meal, and ride scheduled months in advance. Some of my favourite Disney days have been when we woke up and said "where do we want to go today?!"
Riding bikes at FW and on the trail over to WL.
One Man's Dream in Hollywood Studios is one of the most awesome attractions! Definitely underrated.
My son loves Tom Sawyer Island.
We do not go as far as you doThrowing out the touring plan and not having every park, meal, and ride scheduled months in advance. Some of my favourite Disney days have been when we woke up and said "where do we want to go today?!"
But years ago I gave up on park touring plans and having a bunch of ADRs and having almost everything scheduled. Now I only plan the park days and FP's and the trips have been sooooo much better and relaxing since we started doing this. We like renting a pontoon boat (seven seas lagoon) or surrey bikes, great fun.
