More tix trouble

So last week after a 4 hour hold on and off talking to many departments. If you rem after getting hung up I decided we would just upgrade there. So today I go to book park reservations and I can’t .
Make another call, the ticket person can’t figure it out they go up the chain they can’t so they put me through to IT help desk. I’m back on hold waiting for ticketing because IT can’t help 1 hour 31 mins so far today .
My ticket works the 4 kids do not. They can see them but can’t understand why
I did while on hold go through and hind when I changed my tickets from Canadian residency to 7 day 1 park tickets for the 5 of us and it was $812.79 USD.
I’m almost just over the whole Disney thing. This is getting ridiculous .

So they have never seen this before they are optimistic they will get the tickets back somehow. Now at 4 hours and a half and now when I look at my mde I have a fla resident pass. My head hurts call me back when you figure it out. It’s been 8 hours so far and I can’t make a park reservation bc my ticket is there but it’s not . Holy …

I am sorry to hear what you have been through! Sending pixie dust your way!! Hope everything is resolved when you read this message!

The being on-hold infinity-and-beyond-ly is too much to handle. When my Canadian tickets were expiring, I called to request a refund. The CM told me I could use it as a credit later, and I said I could not handle the time I might have to be on hold to do that. It’s just too stressful for me and the thought of it was already stressing me out. I kept the prepaid memory maker and refunded the tickets. Disney needs to do better with its technologies.

Tammy, report back when you finally get it solved. Your experience will help someone else who will likely be trying to do the same thing in the near future (ie at least me)
