Hi All
If anybody has the answers to the following questions, I would be grateful:-
I am thinking of having a 10.00am ceremony at SBP followed by brunch at (hopefully) St James' Room. I would not want a full bar service that early in the morning but would like to serve Mimosas (which we in the UK call Buck's Fizz!!) but I understand Disney charges a lot for these. Any idea how much each one is?
Given that we will not be providing a full bar service at the brunch, we would like to provide a full BOC bar at the Illuminations Dessert Party in the evening. Is this possible?
The information on venues for DPs seems to suggest that if you are a party of 10 or less you can use Japan, but for the other venues, (Morocco, Italy etc) ther seems to be a minimum of 20 guests. We will likely be a party of between 11 and 16. Which venues will be available to us? I understand that a 'small party fee' can be charged. How much will this be, and will we be charged it for both the DP and the St James' Room brunch reception, or will we just have to meet the F&B minimum for the reception (? $500.00)?
If we charter a minivan to transport guests from their resorts to backstage at Epcot for the DP, will we still need to pay an event guide and if so, how much is the fee? Is this fee liable for tax and service charges? For transporting guests from resort to Epcot for the DP and then back to their resort, would we get away with a 3 hour charter or would a 4 hour charter be needed (all guests will be on-site)
Given that with two private dining events planned, we will be obliged to meet the new Escape minimum expenditure of $7,500.00, I am confused as what counts towards this. I know things like for extra floral, decorations, food and drinks etc count towards the minimum, but do things like transport, bar tender fees, charges for I-pod setups, DP venue fees and set up fees count towards the minimum?
Thanks for any answers you may have!!! I am trying to do a very rough budget guide (for saving purposes!!!) and keep throwing up queries.
