When BLT opens in 2009, will all the units be completed and available for use?

How much of an extension of the Contemporary will it be? Will it have its own restaurant or food court, store, check-in desk, bell services?

Will the monorail stop there, or will guests go to the Contemp. to ride?

About that walk-way in the pictures: Where does it enter the Contemporary? Is there another way to travel between buildings? I assume there are doors on ground level for an outdoor walk?

Most of the info I've found is very vague. I can't wait to stay there, and want to know more about it!

Thanks!

No announcement has been made about the opening status. I expect that all villas will be competed at opening. Stay Tuned!

It will have it's own check-in area and a rooftop lounge and poolside snack bar, but will otherwise share restaurants with CR. There will not be a food court. The CR Tower and BLT will eb connected by a walkway to the concourse area at CR.

BLT guests will share the current monorail station at CR.

The walkway connects the 5th floor of BLT with the 4th floor at CR - the Grand Concourse where the shops and Chef Mickey's is located. There will also be an outside walkway to get between BLT and CR Tower.

So excited!!! Thanks Webmaster!

I'm really surprised there will not be more then a pool bar and a lounge at BLT. How many more rooms are they building then the north wing? CR's restaurants already seem very popular and difficult to reserve and it would seem wise to have another counter or table service restaurant.

Does this mean I can get delicious fruity drinks poolside?

But IIRC that's what some of the construction IN the CR has been to increase the amount of people / food options.

Do the DVC resorts have bell services at their check in area as well? Also, since DVC members get valet parking as well, do you think BLT will have that service at its own check in area?

Are they really adding more capacity or just changing things around? CM and CG stayed the same. Concourse Steak became the Wave where the Food and Fun center was. Is that space any bigger then what they had in the concourse?? And the food and fun moved to the concourse level. Again did they gain any space for the 'Food'? (there is less space for the 'Fun') I'm not familiar enough with the CR to really know the answer. My guess is that they really didn't increase capacity that much.
