More golf cart questions

I know there has been so many, but please forgive me for asking a few more. What is the hours to call to reserve a golf cart? How much is the deposit, and how much will the cart cost us for 10 days? We also have one MAJOR problem. We're going to be there during Christmas, so I'm afraid all the carts are rented out anyway. I have bad health, and can't ride a bike for a long distance. If we can't ge a cart at FW, what is another option? We don't have a trailer hitch,or a truck to go anywhere else to pick one up. Any help would be appreciated.

If you can't get one at FW CUSTOM CARRIAGES, INC./G&E Vehicles offers them with delivery service. According to their Regional Sales Manager (they have 5 locations around Florida) they have 2 passenger, 4 passenger and 6 passenger golf cars available for rental.

Rental rates are $225 per week for any of these vehicles, or a long term rental is $450 per month for these types of vehicles.

Pickup and delivery is $50 roundtrip. They will deliver the vehicle to FW, coordinated in advance.

A rental agreement must be signed and faxed to them before delivery can be made. Payment by check or cash due upon delivery of vehicles

I have seen other companies, but most of them want you to pick up and return using their trailer.

I believe the bike barn is open until 5 or 6 to make ressies. You do get a break on prices if you rent by the week(7 days or more) I can't tell you what it is off hand as I am at work I want to say it is about $6 off a day. Call as soon as you can though to make sure you can get one.

For our ten nights (Dec 17-27) the total is $418. No deposit is required when booking, but a credit card is needed to hold the ressie. I recommend you call ASAP to reserve for December.

Update! I called today and was able to reserve a golf cart for Dec. 23rd thru Jan. 1st. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get one at this late date. However, DH & I have discussed that with the $421.74 rental fee, we'll spend the next 2 months looking for a used golf cart w/ hauler. If we can't find anything, we'll still have a ride.
