I know it is hard to keep cool. Jonathan had pink eye the last couple of days so we couldn't get in the pool.

The kids have been pretty good this summer, not too much fighting though, so that is nice.

Are the twins normally in the same class or do they like them to be seperate?

Yep my MIL is here now. But she is the easiest woman to get along with.

Aw, that sucks. I hope he's better now.

That's good your kids have been getting along ok! I hate it when they bicker all day. The girls have all been playing together pretty well. It's just that they are all bored. It's too hot to be outside. These temps of over 105 everyday are new to me!! Still trying to adjust. LOL

Last year they were separated. And they will be again this year. They don't mind and it doesnt' matter to me.
School doesn't start until Aug. 25 but I guess they are sending the info and supply list out early.

That's good your MIL is so easy to get along with! Makes it easier on everyone when she visits I bet.

The kids are still bickering, just not 24/7!

It takes a while to get used to the heat. But even I am not used to over 100 degress!

Becky, I love your tramp stamp! That's too funny. But I have to say I like the flower better. A little cuter, prettier, subtle. More my style I guess.

I always wanted a tattoo too. I almost got one when we came here to Vegas on vacation once, but they wanted over 200 bucks for a really tiny heart with barb wire around it. Ummm, no way. I have better things to do with $200. Like pay bills. Ok, so that's not better, but still more important.

I wonder if they were just overcharging me because it was a place on the Strip? Have you gotten any price estimates?

That does seem really expensive for what you wanted to get. I haven't gotten any prices yet, my uncle is going to take me and he'll make sure I don't get robbed since it's his friend who will be doing it. My uncle is a biker and pretty much has sleeves done at this point along with at least a few more (I can't keep track) so I'll just let him know I want one and let him lead the way. He took both of my brothers to get theirs. I don't know if I'll get a deal or not, but I feel pretty confident that at least I won't be ripped off. And I know it'll be a safe, clean place to go.

I think though, that since someone will be touching my foot, I'll have to go get my legs waxed and get a pedicure the day before

Doing ok. Trying to stay cool. But you know what that's like. Kids are bored and I can't wait for school to start.
We actually got the twins class room assignments the other day. Along with the dreaded LONG list of school supplies they'll need.

Is your MIL there now?

The long list of supplies sucks but at least they got it to you in time for you to shop the sales. Staples is in the middle of doing their penny sale and I think I heard that Walmart has some of their usual specials already too. I hate it when we don't get the list til the end of the summer and by then everything is picked over
