...to get rooms last minutes these days. I just waited an hour on the phone with DVC, and I grabbed the last 1-bedroom, for a Tues in Sept!

I remember that staying in Sept used to be a breeze. July is not exactly last minute for Sept, esp for a weekdays vacation. DVC is sure getting popular.

Not sure if I am happy about that.

I agree...........somebody in another thread try to book a GV at OKW during January(5 1/2 months out) and couldn't get one, and OKW has 27 GV's.

I was told by MS yesterday that because of the war worries, many people postponed their trips. After the worries were over, EVERYBODY started calling and everything was pretty much booked up for the rest of the year. Hopefully this would just be an odd year.

I think you'll see this continue. IMO, anything less than 7 months is last minute for DVC or any other timeshare trade.
