BabyN -- Congrats to your DD. I just sounds like a nerve racking sport to me... I would be more like I can't watch. Does she have the whole cowgirl clothes too. Don't know to much about the sport. Now if I was from Calgary Alberta....

Thankfully the Twinkies are dry. Our sump pump is a pumpin' but the basement is dry so far! However the very close by lake is scheduled to flood this afternoon..... so keep us in your prayers if you are inclined that way. Pixie dust is also appreciated.

Hubby and I are taking a few for ourselves........MIL passed away this morning at 4:24 AM ......Hubby called me at home at 230 am and I got to the hospital in two minutes....well almost.....his brother got there fast too.....she passed away within 45 minutes after her other son arrived......the staff at the hospital were so outstanding to her and to us.....
Only two hours of sleep so I shall get off and take a snooze before the family starts arriving from out of state....
Thanks for your hugs, pixie dust and prayers.....we sure did need them.....

Sdy and Mother of Golden Child – I thought about both of you today in Barnes and Noble. They have Ninja sudoko. At the bottom of each page is a little ninja and she does flipbook animation stuff!

Twinks (again) I thought about you lots today cuz I didn’t know about the tornados until this morning (I knew you said there were bad storms, but I didn’t realize it leveled a whole town).
Then when we landed I waved in all directions.
And explained to my coworkers/friends that I have to wave in a circle cuz I know you’re a few hours from KC, but I don’t know which direction.
They said you weren’t a friend. 
I told them they were wrong! You’re a real imaginary friend! Somewhere on the prairie. With DS, the twinkles and golden child. There’s lots of manna where you are.
I know more about you guys than I know about most of the people I’m physically around everyday, so to them.

Crazy day here- My town has major flooding and a very good friend, and mother of 4- lost everything of material value. House, cars... they escaped by boat in their jammies. Makes you really re think "stuff" so I am babysitting for a friend as all the schools are canceled and I have been sorting through all of our closets (which due to selling the house are really clean) for things to give to this family... found some clothes, shoes, and lots of Mickey soap

also the appraiser came by in the chaos.

And my inlaws are visiting.

Goog Morning moops!

So after I logged off last night and went to my room, I couldn't get in! So I went down to the front desk and told them and mentioned that some man had opened my door last night and said "sorry."
So they apologized and said they accidentally gave another guest my room number. To make up for the inconvenience, they were giving me access to the concierge lounge.
I'm stylin now! Woo!
I had cheese and other appetizer thingies. And any free non alcoholic drink I wanted.
And I did have one drink last night.
It was 3.50.
And I got to pour it myself.
So I poured a highball full of rum, grabbed a free diet pepsi and headed to Michelle's room to play a game.

Now I'm up and at em way too early. This time the corporate people are sitting at the back of the presentation room so we can goof off without the billers looking over our shoulder.
Listening to the same presentations a total of 5 times is a bit tedious.
