NAP, Nab? That sounds heavenly!

4 out of 4 kids are currently asleep thanks to my sure-fire nap "stragety"!

I take em at 11:30 to the park to play (and run and run and run!) and eat lunch with friends and by the time we leave at around 1:30, they are all tuckered out. Funny, so am I after loading 4 car seats and 2 strollers and all our essential gear!

I'll nap after I put in one final load of laundry. Is there such thing as a final load of laundry? Maybe for 10 minutes!

I did lay down and take a nap. Now I have a splitting headache. I always wake up from a nap with a headache. It's hard to take a nap because it usually takes me at least 30 minutes to fall asleep. By then I'm coming up on having to go potty again. It never ends. Everytime I lay down I have to go potty.

Lil Blue - How's TJ doing with his reflux?

I am leaning more and more towards NOT finding out what this baby is. I just KNOW that I'd be in that percent that is told I'm having a girl and it comes out a boy.

I can't decide what's for dinner!! It's 8:30 already! I can't decide if I go for another grilled chesse with some soup that DH and DD had earlier with rice and fish, or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or something else. So I am doing nothing right now, besides fixing my coffee for the AM.

My lunch that got cancelled is rescheduled for breakfast tomorrow at 9am So I might miss that, although I left notes for both DH and DD to wake me up by 7:30. I will have to sabotage the boss if he keeps doing this to me... Don't suggest going to bed early, never works for me.

Just stopped working and watching "America's got Talent", not sure I can into this.

Went to the Optometrist today to get reading glasses, I am ready to retire my drugstore ones. He told me my cataracts got worse from last year, and I might need surgery in a year or two. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKS
He assured me it was not bad, nobody ever said "don't do the other eye" Still not happy about the thought though!

ms. moo...we only done the 11-dayer on the wonder, and they indeed did the show. however, from what others reporting, they are doing it on the 3 & 4 days cruise. the last one was pretty neat, having mickey tight roping across both funnels. * our servers gave
us menu for all the nights...even the one we ate @ palo's. the
"until we meet again" menus are my favorites....they even gave us
the matching..desert menus...however, i don't read them too much..
due to dooling. we also got a few pics, in front of animator p. 's
big screens..., the table next to us..were uncouth, we think jealous
of all the attention jordan was getting...* my advice, do not let others
imposed their stupidity on your fun...we make the adjustments and
move on... , boy do we ever had fun doing the cruises..& so
will you!

Lil G - I sure wish it was me going on the cruise, but it is my best friend. I hope to go sometime in the future, but my DH and DD aren't interested in cruising, so I'll have to go with a friend

Sorry to abandon ship or leave the pasture. Real life intervened. I had house drama and kid drama. And I forgot I had my phone turned off already and my cell phone died in the middle of all the drama.

All is well now. I will be so happy when both of these closings are done.


Oh well. Tomorrow is another day as Miz Scarlett would say.

Good Morning!

I went to the beach yesterday. It will the the last time I take Kaleb without Chad there. He was just too much for my tired self to handle. Chad started letting him swim with his brothers, which I said wasn't a goog idea. So now he won't listen and stay in the sand and shallow water. Plus he drinks the water too much and gets horrible runny poops. So we had to make TWO trips up to the bathroom for him. And 2 with other boys. Thankfully my Brother and Mom helped. But it was still too much for me.

So today my sister showed up at my front door with a positive pregnancy test! Yay! She will be due mid Feb. Hopefully we can get most of our appointments together. That would be so much fun! I'm soo excited!

You are so lucky to be able to go to the beach, even with kid issues!

WOO HOO for your sister!!!

Off to the grocery store. I think I need to buy a cow. All four us drink milk at meals.

I also need to get something special to put in our field trip lunch tomorrow. My mom did this for us, it could be a twinkie, or cupcakes anything that isn't to healthy that they don't get usually.

Of course, it MUST be a Twinkie!!!

Hi All! What's shakin? Not too much here. TV is boring tonight and DD caught a cold so she MISERABLE!

It is too hot to play baseball!!!!! It is also to hot to watch baseball !!!

We just got back, Nicholas team lost by one the score was 8-9. Our team was really dragging in the last inning.

This ballpark was by water too so I am sure I have a bug bite or two.

Summer is really bad for TV.

Marita -- I know a few people that have had there eyes done. They say what a big difference it makes and it wasn't that bad.

Mommy P -- we had left over taco meat with penne noodles, tomato soup and parmesan cheese. Fast and easy.

Betsy-- poor dd with a cold, Hannah has the start of one too I think. She has the runny nose anyway.

Hi Moo-- love the picture , no twinkie , went for the rainbow chip brownies. Those are Hannah's favourite.

Yum, brownies sound goog too. Not too sure about the rainbow chips though

I grilled a couple small pork chops for dinner with a big salad. My hubby doesn't like pork, so he grilled burgers instead.

I was in a meeting over lunch, so I didn't get a chance to go to my WW meeting and weigh in.

Hope Twinkie is getting moved ok!

Betsy, new show starting next week, "Age of Love". Something about some 20 something guys choosing between 20 and 40 something women, LOL. Might be something different.

This "America got talent" show is putting trough some pretty bad acts, in my humble opion.......... House Hunters at 10, I say!

I went with yet another grilled cheese sammy and leftover cream of chicken soup for dinner. Not great, but served the purpose.

DD started sneezing yesterday and by tonight it has progressed into a full blown cold. Now the fun thing about her colds would be the fact that I get every single one right after her You know how a lovely little child doesn't know yet how to cover their mouth when they sneeze or NOT to wipe their nose right on your arm...right???? I hope that I can bypass this one!

Moo - Do you have to leave work to go to your WW meeting? At my old job they had a WW club and they did the meetings onsite.

I go to WW at work meetings. SO convenient, but it seems I often have meetings on Tuesdays that run into the lunch hour or we have a working lunch, like today

When it is a small meeting with people I regularly meet with, I can sometimes duck out long enough to weigh in. But my meeting today was off-site. I walked about 4 blocks to my meeting, so I got a bit of exercise today on top of everything.

Marita, I haven't been to swim class lately. I like to swim in the big pool during the summer, rather than the warm exercise pool, and it was closed for repair for a while.

I think it might be open now - I'll have to go check it out. I miss swimming, but I wasn't all that fond of the instructor for the exercise classes. I miss the old instructor.

BTW, there was no visible smoke from that fire tonight when I was driving home. However, the news said that they are still sprinkling and monitoring it to make sure the fire doesn't break out again.

I just got back from Spongie's DD's dance recital . Oh man where those little girls cute!

Her DD was sooo good at her dance. It was to the song, "I Can Move it Like This" and it was so freeeakin' adorable!

I took Norah and Riley. Riley sat with the boys and (really) did enjoy it. NORAH wants to dance! For the last hour she's been dancin' for me! I can totally see her dancing her heart out!



I'm being like SuperNanny and putting my kids right back to bed 50 (bahzillion) times in a row without talking. OY Oy OY!!! I'm going to start "placing" them VERY firmly back into their beds in a minute...
