marita - get him on POF. Then I can date him too! :rotfl2:

wendy - I know you're kidding.
I already ate!
This is true love, let me tell you.
I'm dragging my fat, hungover rear up the stairs and weighing in.
YOU OWE ME! heheh

I have been waiting for that What not to Wear to come on . She has a thread on the CB.

Marita--maybe he should go on line too and find a date. He will be a little busy for a while anyway. And when you not looking it will happen.

Alright people.
I'm actually down 2 pounds from last week.
Woo!
But I'm up two pounds from where I was on Monday.
Boo!

nabbers - :rotfl2: what's the line? Wendy was made to finish my duet?
(Where's a babynurse when you need her?)

utah - Can't do the carbonation, remember! :P
So I'll take the rum instead. ;)

Celery - Don't feel bad. I thought that first about BabyN's post too. LOL!

Weighing in - I've been down a pound a day. Only 5 more to go!

Woo HOO, MommyP! great!

I just had a french bread pizza. That was my Breakfast, lunch and dinner, LOL.

Cel, I think I am going to steer away from hooking my kids up with dating sites!
DD is dating a hot guy already, about to go to Law school, she needs no help. The love of his life for my DS was a girl in Germany, but too difficult to manage that. So they are on their own. They are both cute and smart , I will get a grandchild sometime, I hope. Although that is no longer such a sure thing. In Germany, lots of people decide not to have children for some reason. 2-3 years ago I first heard the term "life partner". Like in not married, just hang out or live together. Both my brother's kids are like that, both over 40, and no kids and intention of getting any. Kind of sad.....

Oh, I first heard that term from my first love of my lfe. He hooked up with the first love of HIS life (before me) after his wife died of cancer (who ironically was named Marita too, which is a very uncommon name). I was thinking of sticking my head in the gas oven when he broke up with me to date BLONDE Marita (who had no problem showing her upper body assets in the moonlight, alledgely)

Anyway, it was kind of fun meeting 30+ years later. I would not have recognized him on the street!

I think I rambled..........

I think I feel a nap coming on............ zzzzzzzzzz

yay mommyp! I'm so proud of you on your weight loss!
do you think part of it is anticipation of your sister's recovery?
hehehe.
when is she due?

Celery - I was so afraid that I would look more pregnant after giving birth than she does at 8 months! Thankfully I was wrong. My belly went down so fast after birth. I can't wait till after 6 weeks when I can do pilates again.

She's due on Feb. 17th. She is SOOOOOOOO tiny, but her u/s showed that the baby was 5+ pounds already! I can't wait till Isaac and little John meet!

There once was a woman who woke up one morning,
looked in the mirror, and noticed she had only three hairs on her head.
Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today?"
So she did and she had a wonderful day.

The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head.
"H-M-M," she said,
"I think I'll part my hair down the middle today?"
So she did and she had a grand day.

The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head.
"Well," she said,
"today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail."
So she did and she had a fun, fun day.

The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head.
"YEA!" she exclaimed,
"I don't have to fix my hair today!"

Attitude is everything.

Be kinder than necessary,
for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Live simply,

Love generously,

Care deeply,

Speak kindly.......

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
It's about learning to dance in the rain.

Hello, friends. I am literally being pulled by the arm away from this computer. By Hollywood. She does not approve of internet activities in our last few moments together. As if we haven't had enough togetherness. Anyway, we're getting ready to go to the luau at the Polynesian because cast members get 60% off (Marita!) so we figured why not. I hear they serve handy snacks and juice boxes there. This will be nothing out of the ordinary to me as this is what I was raised on. I think I turned out okay, so I don't fear for the Jr. Trollops. I go home tomorrow night. I don't know how Chef Mickey's will go on without me. I almost got to meet Sandy today but then she disappeared off the face of the planet. The end. Talk to you all in the near future.

Yay! a peej sighting!
the luau is fun cuz you get to drink fer free.
so I guess you'll have all the diet coke you want. :)
the bread is yummy!

PJ!!!!

:rotfl2:

I was debating if the luau was worth two table service credits..... but if they serve handy snacks AND juice boxes, we are there! What a treat!!!

In a fit of karma, my mom sent a pACKage today. With crib sheets, birthday gifts (only a few more shopping days till Lynette is 29!!!), and little pACKs of cookies. No juice boxes. Drats. I guess I have to fix dinner tonight afterall.

Be. Very. Quiet.
Hollywood fell asleep. Apparently working in a grotto is hard work. The luau isn't till 8 so I'll let her be. And, in turn, I'll be left alone and then she'll be cheerful when she wakes up. I see this working out well.

I might have something other than diet coke tonight. :rolleyes1

we used to go to the luau all the time when we were in the house of the mouse...but lately we have gone elsewhere.....I think we may of visited that luau six or so times......delicious juice boxes too...
The first ones we went to they served mai tais and some thing that made us looped....now we are talking not very good drinkers.....The mai tais came with a seeing eye dog they said........but we had to find our way back to the hotel on our own.......nice food....good entertainment and the juice boxes were fantastic......have a good time

Celery......you are doing good still? How is the big move coming....tomorrow is a dump day for the second floor stuff that is not going to a good home or good will......it should clear up the mess quite good....hope so

I had two chocolate covered cherries and now I feel guilty.....but dang they were GOOG....

pumba - I had my mom come over to help cuz I wasn't getting anything done.
we've gotten some stuff done. still a lot to do.
ugh.

Yay!!! Posts by Peej with a dose of Disney! :woohoo: I thought of Hollywood this morning when I saw a sneak preview on Little Mermaid on Broadway on the abc morning program :fish: (that's the best I could do in the smilie department).

Sorry you missed Sandy.

Work wasn't too bad today considering that I hadn't been in for a couple days :rolleyes1 During a break, my coworker saw me sneaking a peak at the DIS when he came back from the restroom. His comment? Wow, you really are addicted, aren't you (it was said with love because he knows me so well . . . plus he is jealous of the batphone, which I share with him occasionally for e-mail checks, so he's getting his own soon) :lmao: So I explained I had to check in to see how our thread babies were doing. Etc.

My toe is feeling fine. Less sore than before it was fixed! Glad I had it done.

I have also been enjoying the snACK discussion popcorn::

I probably won't get to see What Not to Wear until tomorrow :sad1: Unless I want to hole up in the bedroom to see it tonight.

Off to check Scrabulous :dance3:

No Disney references in PJ's post? Um . . . Chef Mickey's, the luau at the Polynesian, and Ariel's Grotto!

:)
