GOOG MORNING!

Stayed up late and woke up late AGAIN! Emily and I watched Marie Antionette last night and then I had to come do a little internet research to see if all that stuff was true. And it was for the most part. But the soundtrack threw me off a little. ((Bow Wow Wow's I Want Candy?))

Marita....Why do the wheels of the Air Force officer program move so slowly? I thought they needed people?? Wouldn't you think some people would just get fed up and walk away? Happy to hear you are doing keg stands and poking people. Party down.

BNCG.....I really prefer the pre-vomitus beurking smilie over yonder to this guy

. He's just plain ole puking, barfing, vomiting. And he appears to have had a funky Midori drink and baby peas for dinner. Ewwwww.

Moo.....I know other people have lives. Sadly. For me. I just check in every so often throughout the day and nuttin! Saturdays are always slow.

NAB.....We found our kitty in the parking lot at Target when she was just a few weeks old. We saved her and paid for all her shots and to have her spayed and declawed. We DID have a problem with the claws because she did NOT like the funny large kitty litter that they gave us to use til her claws were healed. I had bagged the old litter box and set it by the back door to take out to the trash and she chewed her way into the bag and USED IT. So of course the wounds became infected and she became listless and wouldn't get up so we rushed her to the weekend clinic at Pet Smart and they charged us an arm and two legs to give her a course of antibiotics. (Have you ever tried to pill a cat?) Anyway....it was a real pain in the astarstar. Keep Buddy in the clean big litter til he's healed.

Lexi -- we have to give Buddy pills these two last days for pain they say. Not fun indeed. I should read my post because I either have really bad grammar mistakes or mispell or miss a word and then someone quotes me and I can't fix it...

Moo-- you sent the cold weather here. It is only 10 out right now but it is finally sunny!! Have to go out in it to go to church though. One of our deacons left in the summer and is now a priest so he is back for a visit doing the mass today. Can't wait to see him again. He was one of our favourites.

Marita -- I don't get the whole Facebook thing either. Hubby is the one with the account....so I just look with that.

Twinkie-- Hope you fix that computer soon. Seems like your life is getting back to normal a little, I won't say stress free though.....

Mommy P-- he Isaac growing yet? Do you have any pictures of the new house yet?

P.J. and Babynurse-- you sound like your having so much fun!!

UMA-- I still have Christmas cookies left but they are the ones that are not my favourite. Now the candy that I got for Christmas is a different story.

Lexi, who knows about the AF? I guess they have a limited number of officer slots and can take their time. They only have the review board 4 times a year. But I am appalled at how long this is taking. I have been fingerprinted, it takes less than a minute. (WT, no, I am NOT a criminal, it was for my very legal Resident Alien card!)

And I have no clue how I did keg stands (or what that is even) I am feeling out of the loop........
YAY on not cooking lunch today. Am I the only one who never heard of a church serving lunches on Sunday? I kept meaning to ask

Monica....don't you hate adding days to the ticker??? I'm concerned about my imaginary bounceback trip now. I went on Delta.com and they have already released the Sept. schedule and the flights are WAY over my budget. (last year the round trip was $150 out of Loo-uh-vull!) There's no way we can afford to fly out of the airport here. It's so small that the flights are outrageous. I'm looking at Louisville and Cincy and maybe Columbus, Indianapolis, and Nashville.

Did you change your trip dates? I really want to go in December, but after reading about Nebo and Smidgy's bad experience during Pop Warner time, I'm a bit leery of going during that time. Especially if I can't afford to stay somewhere other than Value.

I toadily agree with you - if they don't settle this squabble, there are going to be a lot of ticked off people and a missed opportunity for making $$ since the creators have debugged the game so well. When I couldn't get our game to load last night, I was really afraid that Facebook had ditched the Scrabulous application.

Sandy-- I watched a movie last night on our movie channel called Zodiac or Zodiac Killer. That was one strange movie but I watched it all. I told hubby I am glad we didn't spend money at the theater for that one.

We got to see our Deacon turned priest today. He was very nervous we could tell. A few times the mass servers looked at him because he did something different or out of sinc. He even dyed his gray hair brown so that kind of throw us off too....

Monica - I think there was an adding error!! I won by 2 points, but I really studied the board, and found the list of elements for the 2 letter acroynms - I use that box at the bottom right corner for Dictionary to make sure they are words - and I use the little yellow button above the words that mix them up - mostly I use paper and pencil and ask anyone in the room... is this a word??? (I won while the boys were home from college Altho I think the most I got from DS - Mom - you're crazy!! )

Forgot what I came to post - Monica, its all your fault!

Oh, and I tried adding that super wall or something - OMG - I should not be allowed near tech stuff!!! It ended up sending 2 cards and a video - honest I only pushed the button once!!

I think my body is just used to having a constant blood level of caffeine from diet coke. I have a diet coke drinking problem and I'm the first to admit it. So, I guess when I die from it y'all can say I told you so. And also *SLAP!!!!* That's for the continuation of the poking talk. Sheesh, Moo, can't you be more like bbn and me?

And I have no clue how I did keg stands (or what that is even) I am feeling out of the loop........

Keg Stands...otherwise known as beer stands

1. Do a handstand on a keg (usually with the help of your friends holding you up)

2. Open the tap and start drinking.

3. Those around you chant, cheer, sing, and generally act like idiots.

4. Person shakes legs to signal that they can drink no more and their friends help them down.

Lovely game, really. I know no one's going to believe me, but I've never played this game. Promise. That's not to say I haven't seen it played. Now you're in the loop, Marita. So, are you going to play it tonight?

Don't even bother with Cincinnati. It's ridiculous. We always fly out of Dayton. That might be too far from you though. I really have no clue.
