Glad you're no longer melting, Wendy! Sorry to hear about your mystery smell. I can relate - that happened at my house last time I went away, so I ran some bleach through my garbage disposal before going to Disney this time. Worked like a charm

I pretty much slept all day. Guess I must have needed the rest. I'm still coughing up crud, but am feeling better. No headache today

after we met you she said you looked nothing like what she expected -
she was picturing mary poppins.

What? I don't look like Mary Poppins? That is funny how we picture people in our minds. I had seen everyone's pictures, but I would have never been able to pick out Moo or Nab in the crowd. I saw you and Tammy right away though.

MommyP is THE cutest pregnant mama I have ever seen! Her bump is precious! Her boys are stinkin' adorable!!!! I only got to spend a couple of minutes with her, but, DANG, she's just fabulous!

Amanda, it was awesome meeting you! !!!!!!!! Wish it could have been for much longer Fantasmic was especially better that night.

It was awesome meeting! I hope next time we'll have more time to spend together.

And thanks for all the kind things you said. Keeps me motivated to not get all blimpy this time.


I'm having a pb&j with a banana. Chad had a bowl of cereal. The boys ate bananas and waffles with peanut butter on them. I was feeling very unmotivated today.

howdy........my darling daughter in law and the two bumpkins came today to visit me.......we had a great day.......I also had a rug rat that was needing a day with me........so we had a good visit and had chinese take out for lunch......Megara had to go on the back porch when she attempted to STEAL the chinese take out....she is a brat....
Today was muggy again and tomorrow and Friday they are predicting more humid weather......I say get on with fall all ready......hahaha

I honestly dont know who was who when I met you guys at Disney.......I was sitting on the same bench with Celery and didnt know her......then Marita (I think met her) and went to order food........I followed them to the take out place and along came a lady with a straw hat on.......she had so much lime green on that I had to ask her WHO SHE WAS.......thank goodness she was Wendy......It is so much fun meeting people .....isnt it .?

I was sitting beside Wendy for a long time too before she even knew who I was...This was just before we called Twinkie. She thought I was someone's friend I think.

How did the picture turn out of us all on the Dinosaur ride UMA? Poor Hannah! I am sure won't be going on the ride again.

I left you with my impending demise on Voyage, well, it was the rest of the weekend that did me in. Too much driving. I've been trying to catch up on sleep and get started on the real trippie. One more thing about Holiday World, though. I rode their version of Buzz's Ranger Spin, a ride where you shoot, err, call the farmer's turkeys all home. While standing in line, the little girl behind me points at my shirt( The Three Cabelleros T I got 2 weeks ago) and yells I rode that at Holi I mean Disneyworld. She was very excited. It was cool.
MickeyMouseGal- hello from another Kentuckian(Bowling Green). With you, Lexi, and Babynurse and Princess Jasmine practically in the state, we're gonna have a strong voting bloc. Not to mention Tammy, or Dabluestreaker as she's known as here.
Moo- Sorry politics rears its ugly head in your direction. We're having a governor's election and it's nasty. But when they mess with your pocketbook, that's bullcarp.
Better get up and get to work. I finally have help again, makes it so much easier.

Hey, DonaldT...Jeanie absolutely loved Disney World. When I dropped her and the pilot off at home yesterday morning, she immediately started telling Crystal all about Mickey! That's my girl! And Anthony swears he had a great birthday. We should have held off until his 10th birthday...now he's going to expect something this goog each year!

Nab!!! I totally loved meeting you! You were so awesome. Sorry that Nicholas pulled his stunt on that last night.

Wendy=I loved meeting you too. I had so hoped that Jeanie and Princess Pissy could have met and played.

Thanks for sharing your pictures Moo! Did you take any from Friday at WISHES? I am going to get mine on the computer and online soonishly. If you took some from our meet I don't mind you posting them of the kids. I do it all the time. lol

Marita - Are you up that early or going to bed that late? Have you ever seen that time of day before?

Nab - I didn't have a set age on you. I just didn't really know what you looked like. Like I said, I think I have only seen the parka picture. You look younger in real life.

Good news on the job front. They had a big meeting last week and the company is going to completely revamp their image and spend a buttload of money in advertising for service work. It's always been just new construction work before. Which was fine until this real estate slump. Now their just isn't any work. So it will be a pretty big change for Chad having to do only service work and there will be on call days. But any work is better than no work. Plus he just had a uniform fitting this morning. Which is a blessing because he is in serious need of new jeans for work. Now we won't have to buy them! We always had to before.

The bad thing is when he has to work by the hour we don't even bring home $600 a week because of the insurance.

Its going to be warm AGAIN in Maine....and we (for the second time) removed the AC units from the windows.....geesh.....come on FALL do your thing....I like the nice temps......I really was not up to par in Disney with the heat and the humidity....got me for sure..

I know your face too Nab......yup I could recognize some of you by the new photos......we have an awesome shot of Darling in MGM studios........she is a riot to listen to in the streets and very attractive......she even admitted to visiting Bar Harbor once.....laughed at that ....

today is strip the beds and do some MORE laundry....seems like it is an endless chore.....I was going to do it yesterday but we had company...

Re NAB- she is a big liar I think. I am sure the she just rented the kids and makes up all these stories about how long she has been married. She is clearly 21. Seriously- the only reason I would guess she was in her thirties is that she has kids those ages. Obviously Ponce de Leon was wrong and the fountain of youth is in Canada.

Tammy-- yes Nicholas did pull a stunt that night I will never forget. Guess my parenting isn't so good.

Lexi-- loved the mini trip report and pictures. She wouldn't let me take a picture of her with no makeup but she doesn't need it I tell you.....she is beautiful and tiny like Twinkie.( well Twinkie used to be small )

Mommy P-- Glad that Chad still has work. Hope the uniform is a nice colour. I feel for the UPS guys that have to wear brown and shorts even in the winter.

Twinkie-- you are so kind. All I could think of in each picture is my hair is terrible. The humidity did a number on it. Plus I am not in my thirties I am 44 but thanks for saying that.

Now I am off to the mall to see if anyone can take that ink tag of hubby's shirt that I brought back. I have the receipt for it so they won't think I stole it...

Welp, back to the real world today. Kids went back to school yesterday and Norah has Overpriced Preschool today...so I'm gonna spoil me some daycare buddies!

LexMelinda- My boys miss your son and Jordan enjoyed meeting Mimi. Emily is a dreamtaking Norah I toadilly appreciate all your kids for occupying mine

That Tea looked fun! Didn't get to do that this time. But I did see DeVine, finally! Everything on my Must Do list was accomplished.

Yikes, It's 43 degrees right now...Brrrrrrr!
