Skivvies - military - oooh!! I still like the phrase dont get your panties in a knot - as if that could happen, think about it - even acrobatically speaking... which I''m not...

Celery - I found lots of cool accessories - my favorite is the bandana skulls and crossbone - and the top for shoes to make them look like boots..

 I have periods where I' m totally freaking out!! I spent maybe $50 today - bummer, its $50 I cant spend in Disney... but if it helps get dd on the plane AND relaxes her, its well spent. *sigh...

Kay, Sis, Goog to see you here again!

Sounds like lots of frantic last minute planning and packing going on around here.

I just looked at the menus for the places I am going to to see what I might want.

Flametree: The beef BBQ sandwhich. I might get a side of fries, but then again I am starving right now, haven't eaten all day.

Tea: The sconces with Devonshire cream, I love those. But how much do you get for $3.50??? Might have to go for 2 orders. Plus the tea of course, Earl Gray for me.

Chef Mickey's: The roast tips of meat with mushrooms, the potatoes and the carrots maybe. I'll have to see what is offered that day.

Prime Time: Pot roast or Meat loaf, I am not thrilled with either choice too much, so we shall see.

I am not used to paying for Disney meals, LOL, so those prices sting! Not that I go out a lot, but usually when I do I don't have to pay for it.

I know, you are all feeling so sorry for me now..... But I dont vacation there either, so there!

Arghhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! I had way too much stuff to do at work this week and even more was piled on my plate today

Of course, I may be stressing because I decided to go to my sister's medical appointment tomorrow, but I decided to do that because she won't have a family member there with her, just her best friend. I should be able to get a few hours of work in in the afternoon and I will be missing a meeting I just as soon not attend.

Cel, hope you got a little rest this evening!

HI, KAY!!! Nice to see you.

MommyP, hope Ethan feels better quick.

:yay: :yay: :yay: For all the packing going on! I am putting some more stuff in my suitcase tonight. It is still pretty chilly here, so there are quite a few things I don't think I'll be wearing to work and I can definitely pack my shorts.

Got some cortisone in my knees today so I hope that kicks in soon.

Marita, I'm pretty sure that we will all be paying out of pocket at the tea too.

I need to call to see whether it is too late to rearrange a couple of ADRs . . .

Eat the potatoes for sure. And have a Mickey dome in my honor. And a sundae. And cheesecake. And a cookie. Can you tell I loved their dessert?
Tell everyone there PJ says hi.

I'm going to the gym. I shall return.

Your right Moo it is cool tonight but it is suppose to warm up by the end of the week.

Marita-- are you getting rain. I saw Jacksonville on the news and the flooding they are getting. Hope that system is gone before any of us show up....

Hannah packed her little Cinderella suitcase tonight. She is pretty excited.

Moo -- your changing your adr's?

I too am paying out of pocket at the Tea. Ran out of free stuff food....
Unless they consider anything there a snack.:lmao:

Chef Mickey's is a buffet isn't it? What is a Mickey dome?

OK, referring to BN1's and PJ's report here: Is supper time dinner or lunch??
As once again I am too lazy go back and figure that out:3dglasses

:rotfl2:

according to my "redneck dictionary"

supper is an after 5pm meal...

supper is a meal eaten after 5 typically
dinner can be eaten after noon until later..

unless of course you have "dinner" after Church on Sundays, then we would have a light supper around 7pm

roflol

I think...

We're just trying to confuse you Marita. We say supper for what you would typically call dinner.

Breakfast, dinner aka lunch, and then supper.

But I don't get bent out of shape over what everybody else says. I just like giving a certain hotT college chick a hard time.:rolleyes1

Sandy: I bet you can't wait until Friday!:woohoo:

Hi moops,
I got my usual post-Florida cold. I never get sick except when I come back from WDW. I worked yewsterday, came home and went to bed for over 12 hours. Worked today and felt a little better. I thought I'd better report in before Cel and Dablue hit the road with Jeannie. I know they need the advice of a professional. After all, I took 3(including Tony Leslie, Dablue) that are almost as mature as Jeannie. Seriously, have a ton of fun and don't try to go too long. Convince her the tram is a great ride. See Monster's Inc Laugh Floor more than once. Have a ton of fun.
My mom always called our various garments that went under our clothes our underdrears. Still call them that. She would also get mad and say she-i-doublet-it. I still have that slip out once in a while. Whe was a little over the edge, but she was always a hoot. Maybe that's why I'm so cereal.
BTW, Thursday was very busy at MK I think because of Spectromagic. We went that day for that reason. We were all blown away by it. Worth the crowd. Of course, the reopening of HM probably added to it. Also, the cm's at AK seem to be on edge. One screamed at me because she thought I wanted to queue for a show and wouldn't stand where she said. I finally told her I wasn't going to the show, and I was not crossing the rope, and what was her problem. Then my friends suggested just moovin on. Several people came up and said she'd been rude to them too. Then that night at EE, lightning caused a delay. A cm announced that if you wanted you could wait and see in queue, then put a rope up to block the queue. When I asked why he put up the rope, he said the ride was closed. Before I could ask why he made the announcement, a manager came over and tore him a new one for the rope. I must admit I enjoyed that. But everywhere else, there was magic. Well, except for the 4 times that rides broke down while we were on them or in line. All on Sunday at MK. Twice on Splash. We still rode it about 6 times between the two days.
One highlight was not getting on CoP on Sunday because of the LINE. We rode in a nearly full theater on Thursday. That warmed the cockles a bit.
One last thing. At MK on Thursday, there was a sign we saw at 10 am that said all table service restaurants were booked for the day and no walkups would be taken. Alternatives were listed. We had very late ADR's for WCC and thought if we arrived early, we could probably walk right in.WRONG We had to wait till almost 10 to be seated. But it was terrific. And we got to see Wishes from the boat on the way over. Pure magic.

oh yeah -

by Friday, I'll spend time with dh...

and maybe I wont be so weepy, or lonely!

I know its hard -

I"M GOING TO DISNEY IN 4 sleeps!

Chef Mickey's is a buffet isn't it? What is a Mickey dome?
Affirmative on the buffet. Although the official answer is *ahem* (remembering my cast member voice) "Chef Mickey's is an all you care to eat character dining experience and is served buffet style."

Have you ever eaten at Boma? A Mickey dome is similar to a zebra dome. Let me see if I can dig up a picture. You'll know it when you see it though.

Mickey Dome in PJ's honor. check!!

Mickey. PJ says HI!, check!

So far so goog. And do y'all remember the names of the 2 hosts that I told you to run from if you see them? Although one or both of them are probably fired by now. Chef Mickey's 101....

I just like giving a certain hotT college chick a hard time.:rolleyes1
Really? I hadn't noticed.
