Marita, I'm with you, handing out carts sounds great. About what my brain is prepared to handle.
Disneynutbsv, that's what brought me in. I'm a major Muppet Movie nut, then I saw several fave trippie writers, found some more interesting folk here, and I was hooked.
Mornin to all others. I'm off to work at this horrid hour, but have the seekend to go to our annual 'The Big Chill' weekend. We go to a friend "Hunting Lodge" out in the middle of nowhere, near Bardstown KY and camp, eat drink(less and less each year) and talk about anybody foolish enough not to show up. See y'all Sunday.

GOOD MORNING!

DH was still working on the water heater when I went to sleep last night so here's hoping it's fixed.

Marita....Poor you! If you work that much then how much does you boss work? Is he divorced? Hold out for full retirement and a life's estate on a 3 BR at BWV. You deserve it!

Donald
....Sounds like a fun weekend! :thumbsup2

NAB...Let me know on the painting!? ;)

MommyP
....You're a brave mama. I don't go looking for any snakes...not my department. DH works in the department of living and dead animals.

Cel & Tammy
.....That ceremony will prolly only set you back about $50K. Go ahead! I'm there!

Disneynuts.....I had to youtube the movin right along song. Very cute!

Poly....Watch out...I'm feeling smart today. Heh.

HAVE A GREAT DAY, EVERYONE!

Marita - Do you live 1.5 hours away from WDW? In which direction?

Uma - Why haven't you gotten your internet fixed yet???

Luthor - I didn't really believe him, only a little. Besides I figured better I find it than it find Ivy while she was napping.

Why is 1am the magic hour for children to wake up sick? Last night it was Jeremiah. Thankfully though he only threw up once(in his bed) and then he slept the rest of the night and so did I. He's thrown up again this morning once so far. So does this mean Seth is going to get it this weekend? At least it only lasts 24 hours. This is the first time anyone's gotten pukey sick in like a year, I think.

I have lots of laundry to do. Thankfully I have 3 hours of TV TIVO'd. ;)

Morning All,

The sun is shinning today. :cool1:

Mommy P-- what ever it is running though your house I hope you don't get it too. Do you watch Big Brother?

I think Marita means both ways. Thought she said she leaves near the airport. Could be wrong.

Lexi-- Hubby worked on your hot water but is it working? Did you have to have a cold shower....

Donld- Sounds like a great weekend. Will you talk about your imaginary friends here....:rotfl:

Marita - Hope you have a better day and got to sleep in this morning.

Full day today, swimming , then grocery shopping with the kids maybe even a trip to Walmart. We don't have Super Walmarts here so they are two places.

Nab - I think you're right. Now I remember her saying her ride was like 45 minutes.

Good morning,

Working from home today, TG.

MommyP, Nab is right, it's about 40 minutes to/from work. And tolls, too. Sorry you got woken up with a sick kiddo again. My daughter is home too with a stomach virus, and yelled at me at 8am to turn off my alarm. So I got up.

Lexi, boss is not divorced, he has a baby girl just over a year old. She wakes him up at 5am, LOL.

Cel and Tammy, I totally missed your commitment part last night, sorry. Are you really planning one?

My wireless connection just crapped out again, so I am on dial-up till it decides to recoup. So I can't log into work till then, or else I will have to reboot to get back into Outlook. DANG!! :3dglasses

I just read this morning (in the local paper) that the Mickey Wand on Spaceship Earth is coming down!!!! And it closes Monday, which means I can't ride the old version again before they change it. Oh well, I missed El Rio too, and have yet to see the new version. And Pirates too, for that matter... And what is that Buzz ride I keep reading about?

Hi Marita! Hi Undie, Hi Kay! Hi to anyone i may have inadvertantly forgotten, like lil 'g :)

Umm.. U didn't Forget lil'g!!!!:rotfl2:

Hi POLY! Having a great day. The kids are making me breakfast... I love it!:yay:

Lexi-- Hubby worked on your hot water but is it working? Did you have to have a cold shower....
YES! The man's a genius, I tell ya. I've never been so happy to take a hot shower! Thanks for asking!

Marita!....Get thee to the parks! You're killin' us here! We plan and save all year to go. Hope a work day at home is less stressful.

MommyP....Bless the lil sick ones. Why always in the middle of the night? Why?

Donald....Did I mention that my SIL has a farm in Marion Co. between Gravel Switch and Bradfordsville. Is that near where you're going?

Poly...I guess all that feeling smart business was just my imagination.

Boring day at work...I'll check back later.

Marita - THAT'S IT! You're riding every ride in September! Cuz I said! ;)

Commitment Ceremony -
There'd be no point in us having a ceremony here. My family would not be for it and other than a few work and church friends, no one would be there.
We've been toying with the idea of having a ceremony at WDW. It's always been my dream -
Actually, my real dream is to be a wedding planner for them. So Marita - if you ever hear of any openings - help a sister out?

And since they are now allowing same sex commitment ceremonies, it's perfect. Right?

I mentioned it to my mom and she was not favorable towards it. I know my sister would come (she already has her Disney wedding planned and no man in sight) and Crystal and Mike and the kids would come.
I think I'd try to make Marita come. Heh. Just cuz she's there.
But other than that, that'd be it.
We'd just do one of the small ones and I think we could do it for about 6 grand. The good thing about the small package is it comes with two APs. Woo! So that's like 1000 bucks off the price right there.
If we do it, it will be at least 3 years in the future. We have to get my debt down first before we can save for it.
If you guys are all still around, I'll probably plan it in September, so you're all welcome to come (up to 18 of you since that's the cut off for the small ceremonies).

Lex- yay for hot water!

mommyp - boo for more vomit! I hope you don't get it. Manna needs all the nutrition she can get!

nab - are the kids still in swimming lessons? Every day?

donald - mike and crystal are going to a weekend that sounds similar somewhere near there. I wonder if it's the same thing? Hmm. His name is Mike Cunningham. If you know him, let me know.

I miss Utah. And Twinkie. And Pumba's hardly ever around anymore.
And moo.
:(
I be sad.

Yes Celery everyday for three weeks. I am there now. Well the library which is in the same building.

This is instead of once a week / 10 weeks. Therefore two weeks is like a 10 week fall session. I though the extra week in there just in case they were close to passing but didn't.

Marita -- take lots of breaks today.

Lexi-- :yay: for hot water and a smartie pants hubby.

Dang summer, people just think they have to get busy with silly things like vacations and activities!

Nab - you should swim while they're in there! Break in that bathing suit! (I still picture you all bundled up at the lake. :rotfl2: )

Marita -- take lots of breaks today.

I haven't even done anything yet, except answer a couple of emails, LOL

I totally ignored my boss' request to call him about something, and he hasn't protested yet. Instead I told him to clean my desk that he is using, since he lost his office in my resort due to a new position that took over his old office.

I'm kinda mad. I wanted the playhouse disney concert to be going on while we're there with Jeanie -
it has mickey mouse clubhouse, handy manny, etc. Things I actually know about.
Instead, while we're there it's Choo choo soul?
what the heck is that?
I need to start watching the Disney channel more, especially when she's there so we'll both know who we're meeting.

I know should but I really have no desire to learn how to swim.

You should have seen me at the baseball game the other night, I only forgot my sweater and I was bundled in the kids blankets from the car. Hubby was laughing at me but at least I was warm.

One blanket has Arthur on it and the other hockey pattern. They are actually Quilows ( small quilts that fold in to pillows) .

Hannah is bugging me to read to her can you believe that. They actually read in the library.:rotfl:

Nab - you can't ever deny them reading time! I love it when Jeanie brings me a book.

good morning kids!

Cel and Nab- my daughter works in a library. Last night, she was telling us about some of the kids who are library regulars- she mentioned one young girl and said,"oh,she actually reads books" !?!? My husband asked what she meant and she said 90% of the kids who come to the library are there for the computers!
My oldest is getting most of her hair cut today for locks of love. She has always had long hair,so this will be interesting!

Melinda- glad your water heater is fixed ! i hate cold showers and cold water in the pool!

MommyP- I hope you don't get sick,or chad either. Know what you mean about sick husbands! They're worse than the kids!

Marita- you better go to the parks soonish so you can see and ride all the attractions that are closing for refurbishment. I'm ticked that SE and the HM will be down when we're there in August.

Hi Poly,

WOW, locks of Love is amazing, great for you DD to do that.

I can't believe I forgot to mention that yesterday in the mail I received a letter from Medicaid. My application has been aproved! Yay!

Now the AC isn't working in the house.

Celery -- you are so right. I would never tell her no to reading a book.

Poly-- that is what I have been saying about the library. The boys just circle waiting for someone to get off. Hannah looks at books when we are there. Nicholas goes on the computers. But not for two days he got grounded from them.

Which worked out well because they both signed up for the reading club for the summer. The theme is Lost Worlds. It has pirates so Nicholas is in. If they read a book they get a sticker to put on the chart. But you have to tell the librarian what the book is about first that you read. They are also making a pyramid of books the kids read with paper blocks. They are pretty excited, Nicholas is reading now...:thumbsup2

You brought your girls up right Poly. Locks for love how great is that. How old are your daughters?

Mommy P-- did you watch Baby story this morning? The women had five boys and was pregnant with a girl. I thought of you right away. That is not going to be you ..... Geez woman you need to catch a break. No house air conditioning.
