Cel - So sorry to hear about your great aunt! I'm sure your Grandma will appreciate having you with her. We can chat some other time - it'll keep! Thanks, Tammy for passing that information along.

For the dictionary - we need to add "goog" and the "fu" words (beautifu/wonderfu, etc.) :rotfl2:

I know I intended to comment on some other stuff, but it escapes me at the moment. I haven't had dinner yet, so it may just be low blood sugar. Talked with my DD when I got home from work, then I called my BFF who is at her mom's in Florida for a week after being at Disney for four days, then the three-night Disney cruise. She loved Castaway Cay, but is NEVER going back to Florida in June - HOT, HOT, HOT!!!

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

why are all of these my errors?????

except for "hooker shoes" which my mother invented after she bought a pair for my then 3 year old twins.... the shows (actual Carters brand dress shoes, clear plastic with (fake) patent leather toe, heel and stripe) now live in Utah wear Norah wears them to church:lmao:

But we lof our Twinkie-isms!!!

:wave2: Celery, you snuck in there too! I am signed in at chat if anyone is interested.

Love the Baggallini artwork, Spongie!

Twinkie! I've been here there and everywhere. Where are you?:confused3

hi everybody!!!!!

I got redircted to the community board - i try to stay away - too much scary stuff!! )flowerschild stirs the pot)

Hello?? Oh yes... we saw Nancy Drew - I miss Nancy Drew... my mom gave it to me to read, my grandma gave it me = I gave to my DD - she dissed it- too easy to know the outcome, just by reading the title.. Took her to the movie.. was confused... all this retro stuff. .. is the movie set in the 60's? when??? took awhile before the blackberries came out (Hollywood High) at that time, it disturbed me to think that Nancy would be so ODD to wear 50's clothes... and Ned? it was just too weird...

on the positive side... dd loved it!! now to get her to read the books (she is an avid reader, hasnt had the tv on in days as she is reading!!)

 Moo

celery - you know the American red cross, or YMCA's has us believing 80 degree pools is acceptable... but people our body temp is 96!! just sayin!

Okay I get it U=You R=Are 2=TOO, and 1 is loneliest number.

You guys are just trying to confuse me (Good job by the way). Can I have my very own translator? Or I could just nod my head and pretend I know what's going on:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

There was just a commercial for Larry King- Tuesday at 9 PM- Paul, Ringo, Olivia and Yoko. !!!!!

/
:rotfl:
diet Puppies= diet Pepsi (it's how Norah says it, so it stuck)

"Prolly"= Probably

"Spelt"= Spelled

"Spilt"= Spilled

"Couple/Few"= 2 or 3

"Lof"= love (less serious more endearing)

"Hookers"= the girls at West Fest (what NOT to bring home to meet your mama!) or "Hooker Shoes" are those plastic princess clomp-clomp shoes our dd's love.

I write wrong words on purpose all the time. On purpose. ;)
you forgot Helk- figure that one out.:rotfl:

thanks for all the comments on my bagallini
hey there twinkie

Morning All,

Another hot one on the way. I didn't come on last night because the heat got me at the game and I told myself I was going to bed earlier last night.

Hope I didn't miss much in chat.

Report cards come home today!! And Hannah got homework last night what is up with that. Poor thing is trying to get level 4 when even if she gets it from last night it is too late.:confused3 Level 4 is the top level here, that you are beyond what you need for the grade. She is level 3+ so I am not worried.

Underdog-- just go with the flow I do. If you understand it too much then you start using that language and you family and friends will think you are crazy:lmao:

Poly-- Saw a House Hunters show yesterday and they were looking in Delaware. Looks beautiful there. I also learned from the show that you guys don't have sales tax. How lucky is that!

Eeyore45.......when you dont want to read something posted by someone else ...put that person on ignore .......stirring the pot is also done by announcing that you dont want to read something by certain people....thank you ..

This morning it is already hot.......supposed to be in the 90s.....I hate humidity....will go for our morning walk early today so that Jacob and I can get some excercising in.......plus there is a place that makes those dang donuts (honey dipped) and they will be still warm......maybe I hope it turned 90 fast so I won't go and get some......I love those donuts......I did test at 111 this morning and had my goog breakfast.....
This weekend we go to a family reunion......from my daddys side.....we have one aunt left and all the cousins.......that is all from my daddys side.....plus my mama was an only child so we have no relatives on that side........but I am one out of six kids....and we can still party here......

Celery.....sorry about your auntie .....just going thru this with hubbys mom sort of puts this in the right light for me too..My mom is going to be 93 on July 20th......we are blessed that she is so darn healthy ...except the last four months she has started the dimentia faze of her life......sad when that happens and it happened fast.....

Nab- our state mottos were- " The First State and The State That Started a Nation" as Delware was the first state to sign the constitution. Now, it is " The Home of Tax Free Shopping"- shows where the legislators hearts are- in their pockets!
We don't have sales tax, but do have Delaware State tax deducted from pay. We have never ever gotten a refund ,but always have to pay more !
We're also the corporation capital! All major corps. are incorporated here and that is one of the reasons we have no sales tax.

DaBlue - I see you made an appearance. It's been a while. Nice to see you out and about.

Sandy - Goog to see you, where have you been? How is your son????

LexLuthor - Good to see you. No need to lurk. If you're going to read you might as well join in and write. ;)

Lil' G - It's not that we didn't notice you missing it's just that we KNEW where you were. Crazy man!

Kelly - Glad to see you back. Don't be a stranger!

Lil' Blue - I will be there with you on your thread in spirit. But I can't handle another thread. The Mom's to Be and this one are more than enough for me! You better still be coming here daily!

Celery - We won't go see in the theater. But I'll rent it when it comes out. You wouldn't believe how much it costs us to go see Pirates.

Twinkie - HI!!! Why are you staying at your Mom's house? Can't wait till you get your internet back! We miss you!

Hi BabyN, Poly, Nab, Moo, Marita, Pumba, UnderDog, Spongie......

I was so happy to see 10 pages in 3 days! I'm glad everyone has stuck around despite other "things". Yesterday was my last day off(no Ivy) so I went to my Mom's and lounged in the pool from 11-3. My Mom even made my lunch. ;) I did get out to put Kaleb down for a nap and potty breaks. But other than that it was wonderfu.

I leave for my appointment at 10. We have lots of errands to run, including dropping the truck off for yet ANOTHER problem. The rear end is still making noise Chad says. Another $1000. I'll be pretty tired when I get back, so I don't know if I'll check in this afternoon or not.

Have a good day everyone!

 gang!

How's things. Goog to see ya MommyP. That sounds like a relaxing day at mom's house. yay for you.

I have some last minute things to do today, and my dad wants to take the kids to Chuck E. Cheese for lunch. I think he's gonna miss those rugrats!

I'll try to swing back in later. Have a great morning.:goodvibes

Mommy P -- good to see you are taking care of yourself and relaxing. But today sounds like it could get stressful.

Going to the movies is not cheap, I know. Even when you have coupons is it almost $40.00 for us.

Chuck E Cheese in the summer....brave man, that is true love for you Babynurse.

Saved my spot again ....thanks.:lmao:

I have actually got a few things done today.

Nicholas has baseball practice tonight. At least this place has shade. I can sit under a big tree by the playground and read while Hannha plays. And Nicholas does his thing.

Hubby asked me yesterday if I am ready for the weekend. Here in Canada it is a long weekend. July 1st is Canada Birthday !!

We are getting out trailer out of storage. Every thing has to be flushed out etc. so we are going to my in laws for two nights and camping at a park for one.

We live in a subdivion and our driveway isn't big enough to bring it home to do stuff , Hubby's parents live in the country.

I am not ready by the way... I will tell him if he asked again Poly said I could wait until the day of to pack.:lmao:

Speaking of packing Babynurse you must be getting excited over your trip tomorrow. We will miss you. Try to check in.

I DID GET THAT DONUT.........it was (YUP) delicious........I shouldnt of but I did it....
Today was to hot for even outside stuff......the sun burned me just feeling it....I hope you have a good Canadian day on July 1st........we are on vacation next week too.....no rug rats and nothing to do but veg.....we leave poor Megara at the kennel on Friday evening and leave early Saturday morning......we have about 4 or so hours of driving to the family reunion....we are staying over night in Conn near Foxwood place......never have been there but it sounds like fun....maybe someday.....
Hope you all have a good day and dont forget to drink plenty of liquids so you wont get dehydrated.......and sun screen......cause Mother Marie said so.....

Pumba -- I bet it tasted good. I like donuts but never go get them. Once in a blue moon I will pick some up for dessert. Then they are all chocolate something.

Family reunion sounds like fun. We haven't had one in a long time. I have missed two of ours. One was because I just had Hannah and the second time I can't remember. We only see relatives at weddings or funeral which is sad.

It is hard enough to see immediate family, I haven't seen my cousins in a long time.

I do the sun screen but hate hats. And water well I try thanks for looking out for us Mother Marie :goodvibes

Hiya Meeps!

Sounds like everyone is having fun or pizza or both. ;)

I am at my mom & dad's house with the dear children for a vacation. The theory was DH would do some painting at the new house and I would have time to spend with family. DH doesn't get any vacation days till September and I am grounded from travel starting in September so this was my chance to visit.

My parents are great and really help with the kids. DS 13 is at his other grandma's house. The little people are taking swimming lessons and we are doing other things were it helps to have a better adult child ratio (shoe shopping, portrait taking, hanging out at the park etc etc).

It is so nice to be "home"... where the kudzu grows free, the people talk real slow and I have no housekeeping responsibilities. I even laid down yesterday afternoon and read a book!!!!

It is so nice to have all the stress of the buying and selling over and have a real rest.
