I don't think anyone is writing a live report, but Moo has her batphone, Celery has her laptop, and I am home, but going to some meets, so I think there will be some updates along the way. The first official Moo meet is tomorrow at AK, where I am going to most likely miss the run for EE at 9am, but will be there for the lunch meet.

LIVE from Pop Century!!

Only because dh's work had a disaster, and his company is picking up the tab for dh to use the internet - - and now dh is on the pnone with work!!

I havent met anyone, and no one has returned my call... I showered... actually twice a day!! Its humid, but not unbearable. Its cloudy, chance of rain is highly probably for tonights festivities. Went to the MK Friday (MNSSHP that night) it was so empty from 11 - about 3 - and then WHAM crowded!! We were exhausted!

DD did great - after her initial run in with the medication, and downing too much water all at once... which scared her into believing she couldnt do it, so she pathetically cried, please, I want to go home, I just want to go home!! DH and I circled our arms around her (fearing she'd try to escape) pushed her on board - after our simple easy going take off - she was laying her head in dh 's lap - she sat up "is that it?" well, that's ok then! and about 15 min later, I get a hug "Thanks for believing in me and taking me to Disney! what's the plan?"

Great about your DD

I exchanged my Tevas today (had bought men's by mistake) and I got the women's style, a little narrower and the straps are slimmer.

But guess what???????? They cost $30 more for the exact same model

What a ripoff is that???????
Got a nail polish change just now, and proceeded to put a few little dings in it. GRRRRRRRR.

Still have to do some and take a shower and roll my hair. And take a nap. In some order.........

Sandy...that's so great that your daughter ended up doing okay.

My dad and grandpa are leaving for Disney in the morning, and with everyone here going, it just seems like so many people are going to be in the World! My dad and grandpa are staying at the Wilderness Lodge concierge and I'm so jealous. Wish I could have gone.

Well I think - I hope.. celery and tammy forgave me for my rudeness...

We got back from MK around 10:30 - dh has to work on work FCC Stuff (sounds important huh?!) (It gets me online while he's sleeping!! ) but he carried down the glowsticks!! and I gave all the flimsy necklaces away - but saved the sticks for tomorrows meet!

oh, anyway - I walk around giving sticks, and gave Uma a hug - and walked away... luckily Uma pulled me back and told me I was rude... and I stayed and talked, till I could stand no longer - then we sat for 5 more min...

The weather held for me!! We ate at Tony's (I'm writing an email - horrible customer service - *sigh, they could take lessons from LeCellier!) Just did a lot of waiting, 15 min from the time we sat till a waitress asked us if we wanted a drink, um YES - and then said "well you should go ahead and place your order, so I dont forget..." um ok... she came after I picked up the ticket and saw the time we were called for our seats, and asked dh the time, she came from behind me and plucked that from my hands -

we tried to pull her in conversation, couldnt get her to smile at all! But after 2 hours, we left, dh wouldnt let me ask the manager if it was her first night!! Apparently there was rain - but we never got wet - we stayed after Wishes... rode HM, Pirates... tried to ride BTMRR - but it was closed - called Melinda they were in Tomorrowland - Buzz had technical difficulties... we just called each other - missed each other!!

WEll guess I'd better get ready for rope drop!! AK!! 8 am! be there -

ball cap & the disney characters...

dear w.t., fyi..alot of people "making" the news...get to visit us....,
underneath, crinmals..are people....with the wrong ways of thinking....
however, there is no ways to rewrite history....so lving with the choices
one makes..is a "sentence" ..that has no escape "causes"..no one makes
a person do anything...therefore, every right to chose-* is connected..to
a responsibilty...where its is deny or "caught" ...

responsibilty..is/will always ..be determined by one's ablilty to process
"reality".....lose this...goes with "it"..to later your choices for corrective
measures..and the abilty to restore/recover ....life's greatest pleasures...
based on awareness..psst, awareness..is where so many go awry, from
misunderstanding..what their body's 5 sensory preceptions..are tellling
them ..about the world...

2 things result in losing this ability...disease-obs/alhizhiemrs & brain injury.
..for the past..20 years...we have this pt. who, for whatever, reason..
ran his motorcycle..into a train... , worst than dying, he has lost
his previous awarness...if one didn't know..his..previous state...extremely
"sharp" amrine....with a gorgeous..wife..& now his 2 daughters....are
grown...they are simply beautiful...however, they no longer..visit--and for
good reason..their fahter is alive..but has no/none connections left ,to
them.....

as for the ways..i am..didn't "happened"...i am /still..a work in progress...
* what i share is..has been my discovery..that i think ..is benefical
based on the sucesses...@ my work... . reading here, had me
looking reminiscing...& evulating..what "works'. redirecting one toward
true reality.., empowers the individual..to take "charge" and gain more
of an apprication..of their self worth. i do not believe there ever been
a human being born with the tag..of worthless...however, i work with
those making that choice..of hurting others..in all their ways of thinking...
still "reality"..[again]..is the best limit setting ...i have seen work. ha!
just like the nursing home, pt..trying to hurt my staff...& acting helpless..
the gig up!.....same with paris.."i am dedicated now- , anyone
observing..the 'back to drinking" --knows better.

....i ..for what it is...grants us the insights to "see" the world &
others..for what the happpiness...each of us can share. *hint-before
anyone can "see" the good things...you can be...one must first "see"
it in themselves...feeling sorry for oneslef..blocks this good way of
thinking.

..i can't wait.... ...what you all discover...the good things...you
all have inside..& sharing...

So, today was Flametree Meeting day.

I got there right about 11:15, after asking directions about 5 times and getting lost once (no map).

I found Celery right away, sitting an a bench all by herself. Tammy apparently had hurting feet and stayed behind with the kids. She then spotted Lexi and her family and we joined them, Hugs and introductions. Then Lexi spotted Uma and family. More hugs. We then spotted Moo further down in another line. And NAB joined somewhere in there too. Lexi had extra credits from the free dining and paid for mine and Cel's lunch. How nice was that?

Anyway, we all got food and found some tables. Lots of chatting. The kids all congregated at a couple of tables by themselves. Uma's 18 year old left the boys' table eventually and joined Lexi's very pretty teenage girls
All the kids were adorable! Norah was so cute in her little animal print outfit with matching bow, and Hannah is just cute as can be.
Pumba stopped by for about 1 minute while we were at the tables just long enough for hi's. Apparently her DH was not happy about her meeting people.
Sandy stopped by for about 5 minutes.
At some point Uma tried to call Twinkie to pass the phone around, but got voicemail, so we all just yelled "Hi Twinkie!".

So after lunch, we decided to go see Nemo (I keep wanting to write Nebo).
But the show was either full or cancelled, not sure which. A CM told us to come back at 2:15, 2:30 the latest, for the 3:15 show.
About this time, it started raining, and I got soaked. My hair looked like I had been in a shower. Now mind you, it was HOT and we had been in full sunlight for much of time, so sweat had already gotten my bangs wet, and any traces of makeup were gone. I looked in the mirror in the restroom, and I looked like a drowned rat! Amazingly, everyone else looked just fine. Maybe there was a raincloud over my head? And they were not sweating. I was jealous of Moo and her DH, they got scooters. Moo's DH even did circles for fun at one point.

So it was decided we would ride Dinosaur together. The boys/men went in one car and the women went in another. Uma thought Norah would be tall enough to ride, and she wanted to get the Exit photo for the momentous occasion of her first 40" ride. But she was turned down! We all agreed that was probably better afterward. Lexi's girl stay with her while we rode. It was really cute how those 2 took care of Norah the whole time, carrying her around. I think they bonded, LOL.
Anyway, nobody bought the pic, but Mr UMA took a redneck pic and promised/threatened to photoshop it when he gets home. He also took a pic at lunch and promised to make us look like models (RIGHT RON????)

After the ride, a few of the boys were off to ride EE, Lexi and her kids had to leave to go to a photo shoot at the GF, and the rest of us wandered off slowely to EE, where we just kind of hung around getting waters and ice cream. It was about 1:30 by this time and the heat was really getting to me, making me nautious, so I decided to go home. I told everyone "bye, see you soon" and headed out of the park.
Or so I thought. Turns out I went in the wrong direction (no map, remember?). So after I figured this out, I turned around, made a restroom stop, went about my way and RAN INTO THE GROUP! They say, I thought you were leaving? I said I am, I got lost! They thought that was very funny for some reason . So Celery pointed me in the right direction, using the Disney 2 finger point, and I left the merry band. They were heading to Nemo to wait for an hour for the show... no thanks for me.
As I was leaving, really dark storm clouds were in the sky. We got one of really hard afternoon showers while I was driving home. Hope they didn't all get soaked.

OH, BAD news! Moo's batphone broke!! She bumped against something, and now it's not working. So I guess no updates from her.

I got home at 3, read up on the boards (which was not much, LOL) , but I was still nautious. Then my internet connection died and I decided to take a nap. So I dozed/napped for almost 2 hours.

That's it from me. Next meeting is Wednesday for Tea that I will be at. so I will be a "stay at homer" for the next 2 days myself. At least the next ones will be in A/C or in the evenings.

glad you made it out Marita! we waited in line forever and about the time it was time to go in, tammy called and said anthony, crystal and mike were ready to go - so I had to leave line. nab and the kids had already left because they had an ADR - when I left it was just the utah clan plus moo and mr. moo.
he said I could call him that, but I'm not sure he meant it. ha.

if you get bored tomorrow, we'll be at mgm and moo will be at epcot. I don't know where everyone else will be. I'm too lazy to look at my schedule.

Not going to Disney tomorrow, Cel, I have BIG plans to scrub my kitchen floor, which is in sad need of scrubbing. It helps that so many people are gone, less distraction, I can get things done.

Thanks for all the updates, everyone. Sounds like a great time!!!

I spent the entire day working on my Halloween costume and it's still not done. Actually what happened was that we were shopping for stuff for my friend's costume and then we got sidetracked by lunch so we really weren't productive at all. Oh well, I still have a little while till I'll need it in Disney.

I'm wearing the blue Peyton jersey, Peej. The white one is reserved for you. ;-)

Little Miss Julia already outed you on the fact that you want me to wear the white one because it's inferior. Things like that are probably why we're no longer allowed to speak on the phone.

p.s. Last night at the silent action I went to there was a raffle. There were a few prizes, some of which I would have thoroughly enjoyed. Guess what I won? Tickets to a Bengals game. Could they have gone to a less deserving person?
