I don't know if you have seen this (the collective you). Next year's Marketing promotion is all about celebrations. Like on your birthday, you get free admission to a park. If you have multiple day passes, you get a certificate good for a year or for other Disney options. Also something about new planning tools. I am fuzzy about the details. I am sure there will be more online.

Just talked to Allie - she has to walk - everything is going, she did mention being overwhelmed!! I had to tell her about Mony's post, and we share a hallelujah too!!

Marita so much to plan!! May it all go well!! I had heard about the celebration year!! I kinda want to take DD birth certificate when we go - as we've always celebrated her bday during free dining - but this time we are going 7 days later to be there on the actual day!! So I know that to ask that is an invasion, and I cant see Disney doing that... but how can they do the one day pass (at $75) with no proof?? Wait and see!!

Moo maybe those DVC prices are for add ons, existing customers!! Travel Channel just had a whole hour on DVC!! and Happy Birthing day to you too!!!

OK, I truly have to start packing - wish me peace!! We're heading to Indy tomorrow, so I have to pack... sleeping bags, air mattresses... etc etc etc.. I'm also packing martini fixings!!

Yep, I'm doing both trips. DL with BH and 2 others and WDW with the guy that I went with the first time back in 1985, Big Al. We play a home game Jan 3, then head to WDW for 7 days, then to Boca Raton for a road game, then home. Alan likes Italian food, and I've never been to MM, Tony's or TI, so if any are a fave, let me know. And Marita, find me a discount!!! j/k
Mony, great news. B-9 is about as goog as it gets.
Work is much better. Our kitchen is finally getting everything back, especially my sink. It has a work space attached, and that's where I do most of my work. The sink was MIA until I got back from the fair. And today, the patient liason/security official and I snuck off to pick up supplies for a cookout for employees tomorrow. Those opportunities don't come up often, so I enjoy it when it does.
Cel- the best deal on beer at at Stadium is Fosters. For 2 bucks more than a 16 oz Bud you can get a 25 oz Fosters. Just sayin'
Gotta go to Travelocity. Have a volleyball trip Oct 10. I think we'll stay at Motel 6, gotta start saving for Jan.
Oh, almost forgot. Job Corps and the Forestry Department have put off till October making any decisions. OUr gov'ment at work.

Cel, I am looking forward to German beer. Unless my mom really flips out! She said months ago she cant have me drinking anymore. Now mind you, I never get drunk. But my brother said he would get me a case of beer. I think mom mostly flips out about neighbors POSSIBLY seeing me buy beer. Never mind that I haven;t lived in the town for 38 years. SOMEONE might see me and witness my beer buying! And recgnize me after 38 years. THE HORROR!
But I can't go to Germany and NOT have good german beer and fleischwurst (close to bologna, but better) with a hard roll toasted over a flame.

Good idea! But you at least have to heat the hard rolll (chicago roll type) in the oven, if you dont have a gas flame.
