I have a bit of a problem... Trochanteric Bursitis (in my hip) I'm following PT and trying to move a bit (about 1 - 2 miles at a time) its intense thats for sure!
I'm starting to get nervous tho...

for your knee and quads. My training goes a little like that too I've found. The beginning is great but I tend to get a lot of aches and pains in the middle and then it tapers off the closer I get to the race. I'll never understand.
I've had piriformis/hip pain before and it is no fun. Good luck on your 20 miler this weekend!
