Monsters Inc Question!

Radopt - Monsters Inc is likely classified as a "dark" ride although it is not as dark as Snow White or Peter Pan. You board a Monstropolis Taxi and ride through Monstropolis where a child has been reported on the loose. Basically you ride through an abbreviated movie plot -- including the locker room scene with Boo, the door scene trying to get Boo back to her bedroom and a "detox/cleansing" room. I'm sure that doesn't make any sense!

I only got to ride it once when I was there, but I'd say this one's probably most comparable to the Winnie the Pooh ride. Well done, and has some impressive parts, but probably not exactly an E-ticket ride.

:thanks: both for the info. My daughter doesn't like dark or scarry rides - I got her one Peter Pan 3x at wdw but I don't think I will be able to get her on again. I'll try the Pooh ride again (we did it at WDW) before I decide whether or not to try this ride.

This one is much better than Pooh (IMHO). Most of the characters in Pooh are 2D cutouts while MI has all 3D AA figures, plus a couple of neat visual effects. I think there's also a better (more familar) story with MI than with Pooh. My 4yo rode Pooh once and refuses to go back, yet he's already got 3 MI trips and asks when we can go back.
