According to my training plan I had 7 miles to Do today. I wasn't feeling it, decided To do it tomorrow. I spent the morning cleaning then I took the kids for a walk THEN I read Lisaho711's post and was like, damn! I need to get my run in.202 minutes running this morning and 23 minutes walk yesterday starts me off with a bang 225/1000 for the month.
