According to my training plan I had 7 miles to Do today. I wasn't feeling it, decided To do it tomorrow. I spent the morning cleaning then I took the kids for a walk THEN I read Lisaho711's post and was like, damn! I need to get my run in.
So I went to the beach and got it done ! This thread is so motivating!!!

I had so much fun at the 4-mile trail run. I do LOVE running in the woods and then when I got home the kiddo asked if we could go play tennis and this evening I walked to the grocery store.

I spent several hours doing yard work and then I washed and waxed my car. I'll count that as 60 minutes total exercise. I love when you get exercise and home beauty all at the same time.
Another gorgeous day here in Western NY, we better slow down or we'll use up our allotment of beautiful days For the year all in one week. Ha! Took my daughter and her girlfriends to the beach. It was so nice to relax in the sand and not run for miles and miles.
I decided to add a mini challenge to May, I'm going to do push ups everyday to work on my spaghetti arms and plank everyday to strengthen my core. Ended the day with a walk to the ice cream shop!
