Monorail hours of operation...

How about the one that runs from resort to resort? Does that schedule go along with the park hours?

I believe the resort monorail runs 1 1/2 hours after the latest park closing. If I'm not mistaken it starts running at 7:00 AM. I don't know if that changes seasonly or not but that is how it has been during my recent May and June trips.

The monorail is scheduled to be open at 7am accepting guests for resorts however don't be too shocked if its not open until 7:15 or so as there are sometimes delayed openings for a number of reasons.

The express monorail usually doesn't start bringing people back from magic kingdom until somewhere around 10 or 11am and usually stops about a hour after MK closes with the resort Monorail picking up the slack.

Typically as another poster mentioned the Monorail usually runs about 1 1/2 hours after the last park close.

Earlier this month when I was at the Contemporary the Resort Monorail would always start at 7:00 AM, however it would stop at different times each night. For example the electronic board by the entrance on some days listed it closing at 12:30 AM, 1:00 AM 3:00 AM and etc.

I'm just trying to make sure I have this clear.

We are staying at CSR and have a 8:35 ressie at Chef Mickey's. We have a car rented so is it possible to drive to TTC, park and hop on the resort monorail to Contemporary?

If possible would rather do that than to park at Contemporary, then drive back to the TTC lot to get to MK since it would just be easier to just park at TTC from the start and hop on the monorail to MK after we are done with Chef Mickey's.

Exactly!!

What do you mean? You asking the same questions as me?

I'm saying you are correct!! That is the best way to go to Chef Mickey's so you only have to park your car once.

Ok, just making sure. So I'm guessing that we will be able to get through the gate and park at the TTC to hop on the monorail to CR? I guess it would be the monorail on the right or does the one on the left stop there also? I know the left one is the one we usually take for to get to MK non-stop.

RESORT Monorail on the right. The EXPRESS monorail does not stop at the resorts.
