Monday "HOLIDAY", who's off, who's working???

I'm working.

Public and parochial schools are in session here.

NOT a university holiday, but the first year med students are off today. I don't really know why.

DH is at work.
I'm always off

Banks and post offices are closed.

same old same old here. our Thanksgiving is postponed till Sat when MIL comes to visit.

I have negative feelings about this "holiday" lol only because it means HUD has the day off and it means one more day that we arent in our house lol

I told our Mortgage guy the other day " He landed get over it"

It's a company holiday, but I work shifts in a 24/7 operation, so I'm working.

No school here, so the kids are off and I am off from my school job, but I'm working my p/t job tonight.

My boys were off school on Friday. DH has to work today.

No school for my kids. My husband did have to work. My salon is always closed on Monday's, so many holiday never affect us. The dentist is working though, that's where we are headed.

Since I am a SAHM every day is a work day! My DD came down with a cold on Saturday night and I kept her home from pre-school. Tomorrow is her picture day so I am hoping that she will rest a little so she takes a nice picture.
