Hope Sam's graduation goes ok - wow at having all them kiddos in your house!

Aaw was sad to read that Kadence wasn't feeling well - hope the rest does her good and you all make it to MK later on in the trip.

Chef Mickey's sounds like a good meal - yay on getting the pixie dust with the bus going straight to Contemporary Resort!

I love the family shot and the one with Pluto and Kadence pulling their ears!!

Wow, this is de ja vue. We have had sick days at Disney too. (thankfully not the past 2 trips though) And Claire is the same way about her tummy, usually a stop at a bathroom once or twice (once to get the gears going and then the 2nd time we have success ) and then all is good.
I can't beleive Sam didn't go to MK though. When Claire has been sick in the past at WDW, Skip and I would take turns doing stuff during the day. But then again, Sam is a teen and needs more beauty rest. I'm too old to worry about my beauty anymore.

Aw, poor Kadence! It's never fun to have a sick child, especially in WDW! You build up to the excitement of being there and having a great time, and then along comes reality. I hope the nap made her feel better!

I've been lucky with my girls, I can count on one hand the number of times they both have been sick. Sam hasn't been sick since 8th grade(she graduating friday) and Kadence was sick in April, and when she was 2. I think they get it from me, I'm never sick!

Thanks I'm getting bit emotional about Sammy graduating. I think after the kiddos all leave, I'll check in to the looney bin!

Kadence is kinda the same. We go shopping and I swear we're in the bathroom 2-3 times. I make dad take her after the 3rd time!

I think Sam was feeling bad for Kady, also I think sleeping was an added bonus! Beauty rest? I'm going to have 24 hours, 7 days a week for months!

She was nose grabbing the first time we went to Disney as well. I guess it's just a suprise that their noses look so different?

Graduation was Friday night and it went well. I did good, until they started showing pictures and videos of the kids through the years.
They included one of the videos I sent in, it was of Sam and her very BF since Kindergarten (who lives across the street) getting a pumpkin ready for carving. They must have been in 1st or 2nd grade and they were so little and cute. I cleared my vision and continued to watch the presentation. They included many of the pics I sent in,( I sent in about 50 )

Anyway, here are some pictures form Graduation. They aren't top notch, but I can still work on them more.

This is Sammy with her BF (since Kindergarten) Kayla, was upset she didn't know which side her tassel went on.

Sammy & Kayla have been together before Kindergarten actually. I even "knew" Kayla before she was born ( I went to school with her Mom)

Funny thing, the pictures went up here before family got them I am wondering why they look weird here, they don't look so "noisy" on my laptop
I've heard photobucket does that. It looks like the red is overdone big time. Oh well, I"ll have time to work on them soon. Work for me is almost over for the school year.

It feels diiferent to have her out of school. Maybe she can do dishes now that she has some free time

I woke up at 11 or so, and John soon after and we just watched TV. We were hoping that Kadence was just worn out and need a break. I would have been kind of sad if we couldn't get to Magic Kingdom either of the 2 days we had planned
Kadence woke up at 1:00pm and was the most cheerful little girl. I couldn’t believe the change in her. Daddy, was like “and she’s back!” We had her snack on some cheese its, just to see how that was handled. And by 2pm, she was begging to go to MK.
I really don’t know what she had or what had been up with her, but I figured let’s give it a try. I said no rides, we’ll take it nice and slow, and just mosey around.
Finally, we’re here!




We walked up past he Castle, and the show was going on, I figured we’d catch it later.



I had to get one last shot of the ToonTown sign. It was slated to close in about 3 weeks.





Kadence wanted to ride the Barnstormer, but we said no, maybe tomorrow, if everything went well today. I wasn't about to push fate



We checked out Minnie’s house







We were going to check out Mickey’s house, but a huge tour group had just gone in and was clogging up the place, so we decided to go to ToonTown Fair.

We didn't get to Mickey's house until the next day, but I'm glad we did. I heard on another thread that it got bulldozed, but somehow I can't believe Disney would do that

Nope, ticker has been there for a few months and I can't wait until it's time! I have a feeling this summer will go fast
