Moisturizer/Wrinkle cream

Ladies, can you recommend a not-too-expensive moisturizer/wrinkle cream? I've used several over the last few years, but I'm nearly out of Avon Anew and am looking for new products. I want something that actually works on the fine lines around the eyes, but doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I like Avon products obviously since I use them, but I haven't tried any of their new stuff.

My sister swears by "hope in a jar" it is part of the Philosophy line of skincare on QVC. She says that is somehow almost removed a large crease on her forehead, and smoothed out her fine lines around her eyes. I think that you asked for a relatively inexpensive cream, I do believe this one is somewhat pricey, but my sister the constant skeptic/critic says that this is the real deal.
